What made it even greater was the personal touch and care that they showed us , at difficult times we all live currently, where health is so precious and fragile. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID test results were delivered by email the same day in the evening. I was confused at first because the email was in my Junk folder and it took some communication back and forth for me to realize this. I first thought the certification was only in Greek but scrolled down to find English (as required by the airline). The person trying to help me by email was diligent and helpful, but of course did not know the problem of his emails in my Junk folder. I’m sorry about the confusion!!
