★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα 2 αστέρια για τον γιατρό στους υπερήχους που είναι πολύ καλός στην διάγνωση. Κατά τα άλλα αν πας για εξετάσεις αίματος το πρωί, θα κάτσεις 1 ώρα να περιμένεις, πολύ αργή η γραμματεία και 1 άτομο για αιμοληψία, ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟ! Ούτε υπάρχει κάποια προτεραιότητα σε άτομα με ιδιωτική ασφάλεια. Γενικά δεν είναι να πηγαίνεις για αιμοληψία. Προτιμήστε του Αλίμου ή κάποιο άλλο.
 The 2 stars for the ultrasound doctor who is very good at diagnosis. Otherwise, if you go for blood tests in the morning, you will sit for 1 hour to wait, the secretariat is very slow and 1 person for blood collection, TRAGIC! Nor is there any priority for people with private security. Generally it is not to go for a blood draw. Prefer Alimos or someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω επισκεφθει πολλές φορές το συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό κέντρο και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Τα ραντεβού μου ήταν πάντα στην ώρα που είχαμε κανονίσει και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Ο λόγος που γράφω σήμερα αυτή τη κριτική είναι γιατί είχα να κάνω τη πρώτη μου μαγνητική εξέταση και ενώ είχα άγχος, το προσωπικό με έκανε να αισθανθώ τόσο άνετα και χαλαρή που θέλω να τους πω ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ.
I have visited this diagnostic center many times and I am very happy. My appointments were always on time and the staff very helpful. The reason I am writing this review today is because I had to do my first magnetic examination and while I was anxious, the staff made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I want to say a big thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ήθελα να εκφράσω την δυσαρέσκεια μου ως ασφαλισμένος της Εθνικής Ασφαλιστικής, καθώς στο υποκατάστημα της Δάφνης η διαθεσιμότητα για ραντεβού ακτινογραφίας που μου δόθηκε ήταν μετά από 1 εβδομάδα.
Θεωρώ ότι οταν προκειται για εξετάσεις που αφορούν την διερεύνηση κλινικής εικόνας θα πρεπει να λαμβανεται ειδικη μέριμνα.
Απευθυνόμενος αντιθέτως στο υποκατάστημα της Γλυφάδας είχα άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, ημερομηνία εξέτασης την ίδια κιόλας ημέρα καθώς και όλες τις σχετικές πληροφορίες που αφορούν τη χρήση του συμβολαίου μου.
• Ως επαγγελματίας κατανοώ την προστασία προσωπικών δεδομένων αλλά όσον αφορά τις ιατρικές εξετάσεις καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει μια ευελιξία.
Πέρασα χθες να πάρω τα αποτελέσματα από τις αιματολογικές εξετάσεις της Τρίτης, όπου δεν είχα ταυτότητα μαζί μου αλλά ούτε και εμβόλιο γιατί μόνο αυτά τα δυο μέσα ταυτοπροσωπίας υπάρχουν πλέον στη ζωή μας και προφανώς δε τις πήρα γιατί ούτε αν ήταν για μένα τον ίδιο ρώτησαν ούτε το τηλέφωνο μου ρώτησαν, το οποίο και έχουν, αλλά για μια αρνητική κριτική θα τον βρουν και θα με καλέσουν!
Είναι δυνατόν οι υπάλληλοι υποδοχής να μην έχουν οδηγίες σε περίπτωση που ο εξεταζομενος δεν έχει ταυτότητα να μην έχουν άλλα μέσα ταυτοπροσωπίας ώστε να διευκολύνουν την παραλαβή των ιατρικών αποτελεσμάτων;;;
I would like to express my dissatisfaction as an insured of National Insurance, as at the Daphne branch the availability for an X-ray appointment was given to me after 1 week.

Addressing the Glyfada branch, on the other hand, I had immediate service, an examination date on the same day as well as all the relevant information regarding the use of my contract.
• As a professional I understand the protection of personal data but when it comes to medical examinations it would be good to have a flexibility.
Yesterday I went to get the results of Tuesday's blood tests, where I did not have an ID with me nor a vaccine because only these two means of identity now exist in our lives and obviously I did not get them because neither if they were for me they asked him either they asked for my phone, which they have, but for a negative review they will find him and call me!
Is it possible that the reception staff do not have instructions in case the examinee does not have an identity card, they do not have other means of identification in order to facilitate the receipt of the medical results ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. The staff doesn’t speak English and are unable to support a simple question which was ‘when is my appointment ‘ . Had to call 3 times for a simple inquiry like this, it is ridiculous. Also they are rude and hang up the phone when they cannot express themselves.
