Πολύ ευγενική και η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο όταν κάλεσα να ρωτήσω για τα αποτελέσματα. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολικό σημείο (έξω από το σταθμό Δάφνης) οπότε σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτω. Έκανα όλες τις εξετάσεις χωρίς καμία καθυστέρηση κι όλοι από το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα με ένα χαμόγελο. Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στον καρδιολόγο που πραγματοποιεί τα υπερηχογραφήματα καρδιάς, ο οποίος είναι αρτιότατα κατηρτισμένος κι εξαίρετος επιστήμονας ο οποίος εξέτασε με υπομονή το πρόβλημά μου. Σας ευχαριστώ όλους θερμά. Very kind and helpful staff. Pleasant environment and waiting area. I did all the exams without any delay and all the staff were always with a smile. Special mention to the cardiologist who performs the cardiac ultrasounds, who is a well-trained and excellent scientist who patiently examined my problem. Thank you all very much.
K	Konstantina Vslk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς στο συγκεκριμένο κέντρο δεν υπάρχει κανένας σεβασμός στον πελάτη. Περιμένεις υπερβολικά πολύ ώρα για αιμοληψία και για τα αποτελέσματα ενώ έχεις ζητήσει να σταλούν με mail πρέπει να καλέσεις τουλάχιστον 3 φορές ώστε να στα στείλουν. Αν δεν στα στείλουν και αναγκαστείς να πας από εκεί να τα πάρεις, θα περιμένεις το λιγότερο μισή ώρα. Τα αποτελέσματα τους την τελευταία φορά ήταν αναξιόπιστα. Έγινε έλεγχος και σε άλλα εργαστήρια και τα δικά τους είχαν τεράστια απόκλιση. Unfortunately in this center there is no respect for the customer. You are waiting too long for a blood draw and for the results while you have requested that they be sent by mail, you must call at least 3 times to have them sent to you. If they do not send you and you have to go from there to get them, you will wait at least half an hour. Their results last time were unreliable. Other laboratories were tested and theirs had a huge difference.
v	vivian giannakou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!!! Πήγα την περασμένη εβδομάδα να κάνω pcr και ακτινογραφία θώρακος. Έχοντας ήδη μιλήσει από την προηγούμενη ημέρα στο τηλέφωνο μαζί τους, τους ανέφερα ακριβώς τι ήθελα να κάνω και κανένας δεν έφερε κάποια αντίρρηση. Έκανα πρώτα το pcr και μετά μπήκα μέσα για να κάνω την ακτινογραφία που με έχει παραπέμψει ο γιατρός μου να κάνω έχοντας μαζί και το παραπεμπτικό. Μου το ΑΠΑΓΟΡΕΥΣΑΝ λέγοντάς μου ότι αφού έκανα τεστ μπορεί να είμαι θετική και πρόσθεσαν επίσης ότι και που είμαι μέσα στον χώρο είναι "ΠΟΛΥ" (ενώ πριν 5' η συνάδελφος τους με πέρασε μέσα και μάλιστα μου έδωσε και χαρτάκι προτεραιότητας) εκτός ότι μου μίλησαν αγενεστατα, εκτός ότι δεν έχουν κάποια συγκεκριμένη πολιτική και με έκαναν Μ"μπαλάκι" ο ένας να με βάζει και ο άλλος να με βγάζει έξω με έκαναν και ρεζίλι στον υπόλοιπο κόσμο που περίμενε μέσα! UNACCEPTABLE !!!! I went last week for a pcr and a chest x-ray. Having already spoken to them on the phone the day before, I told them exactly what I wanted to do and no one objected. I did the pcr first and then I went in to do the x-ray that my doctor referred me to do with the referral. They PROHIBITED me by telling me that after I took a test I can be positive and they also added that where I am in the area is "VERY" (while 5 'ago their colleague passed me in and even gave me a priority paper) except that they spoke to me rudely, except that they do not have a specific policy and they made me a "ball" one to put me and the other to take me out they made me resilient to the rest of the world waiting inside!
P	Petros Lempla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκε να κάνουμε έναν υπέρηχο μαλακών μορίων στο παιδί, αλλά δεν είχαν ραντεβού άμεσα. Καθώς είχαμε ραντεβού και με χειρουργό το απόγευμα, έπρεπε να πάμε με τον υπέρηχο στα χέρια. Σε αντίθεση με άλλα κέντρα υπερήχων, ήταν το μοναδικό που έδειξε κατανόηση και με επαγγελματισμό, με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα κοιτάξουν για το καλύτερο. Χωρίς να ξέρουν αν βρουν ραντεβού. Ευγενέστατοι και επαγγελματίες. Ας μην μου έβρισκαν ραντεβού. Δεν με ένοιαζε αυτό. Το σημαντικό είναι, ο τρόπος, η επικοινωνία και ο επαγγελματισμός που πρέπει να έχουν τα κέντρα υγείας. Και εκεί....σε κερδίζουν ακόμα και αν δεν εξυπηρετηθείς....!!!! Μπράβο τους. Αυτό λέγεται ....ενδιαφέρον για τον πελάτη. Βέβαια να πω ότι μετά από δύο ώρες, με πήραν τηλέφωνο στο κινητό που μου είχαν ζητήσει και με ενημέρωσαν ότι βρήκαν άμεσα ραντεβού. Τι άλλο να ζητήσεις..? Και πάλι μπράβο τους. Εμένα με κέρδισαν για πάντα. Και στο εξής θα επισκέπτομαι μόνο το συγκεκριμένο κέντρο για όλες τις εξετάσεις μας οικογενειακώς. Σας ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς. The important thing is the way, the communication and the professionalism that the health centers should have. And there .... they win you over even if you are not served .... !!!! Well done for them. This is called .... interest for the customer. Of course I should say that after two hours, they called me on the cell phone they had asked for and informed me that they had found an appointment immediately. What else to ask ..? Well done again. E	Elpida Delga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι από κάθε άποψη! (με εξαίρεση κάποια μέλη του προσωπικού που είναι ευγενικά). Από τα πιο ακριβά διαγνωστικά, αν όχι το ακριβότερο της περιοχής. Στην τηλεφωνική τους γραμμή λένε πως είναι ανοιχτά ως τις 3 το μεσημέρι, τα Σάββατα και πως κάνουν τεστ για τον covid-19 χωρίς ραντεβού, αλλά στις 3 πάρα δεν εξυπηρετούν. Επιπλέον, για να κάνεις ραπιντ τεστ ή pcr περιμένεις έξω σε μια ουρά ατελείωτη και φωνάζουν ονόματα χωρίς ούτε οι ίδιοι να ξέρουν ποιος προηγείται. Unacceptable in every way! (with the exception of some staff members who are polite). One of the most expensive diagnostics, if not the most expensive in the area. On their phone line they say that they are open until 3 at noon, on Saturdays and that they test for covid-19 without an appointment, but at 3 they do not serve. Κ	Κυριακή Ταϊπλιάδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλό διαγνωστικό κέντρο και αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση, ειδικά στους δύσκολους καιρούς που ζούμε, είναι η διάθεση των εργαζομένων να εξυπηρετήσουν με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Τα αποτελέσματα των αιματολογικές εξετάσεων άμεσα. Ο γιατρός που κάνει τους υπερήχους εξαιρετικός, λεπτομερής στις εξετάσεις του, ψύχραιμος, επεξηγηματικός και χωρίς να σου προκαλεί άγχος για το αποτέλεσμα. Η κοπέλα στις αιμοληψίες δεν έχω λόγια, βρήκε φλέβα σε μια γνωστή μου που είχε πρόβλημα και επι πολλά έτη δεν μπορούσαν εύκολα να της πάρουν αίμα. Οταν χρειάστηκα μοριακό τεστ για τον γιο μου ήταν αργα το απόγευμα, σχεδόν την ωρα που έκλειναν και το αποτέλεσμα το είχαμε νωρίς την άλλη μέρα το πρωί. Στην γραμματεία την μικρή καθυστέρηση την κατανοώ απόλυτα λόγο του υπερβολικού φόρτου εργασίας. Παντα προσπαθώ να μπαίνω στην θέση του άλλου και να μην απαιτώ μόνο, αλλά και να κατανοώ. Ας σκεφτούμε οτι και αυτοί είναι άνθρωποι και ειδικά αυτά τα δύο χρόνια οι περισσότεροι ξενυχτούν για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Η εύκολη πρόσβαση είναι στα θετικά. Περιθώρια βελτίωσης πάντα υπάρχουν για όλους μας και γενικά η συμπεριφορά αναπαράγει συμπεριφορά. Καλή συνέχεια και καλή δύναμη. When I needed a molecular test for my son it was late in the afternoon, almost at the time they closed and we got the result early the next morning. In the secretariat, I fully understand the small delay due to the excessive workload. I always try to take the place of the other and not only demand, but also understand. Let's think that these are also people and especially during these two years most of them stay up all night to serve us. Easy access is to the positives. J	Julio garcia Garate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had quite a negative experience with this Lab, I did a blood and urine test, I was informed by the nurse that results will be forward to my e-mail but that never happened, I have to call repeatedly to get the results, I finally went to the centre to get the results and they provided me incorrect results. I will advise to carefully check all the steps and try to get a name and number of a person that speaks English in advance. Next time I need lab work I will definitely look for other Lab.
