★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kötü bir otel, çok eski ve bakımsız. Biz kaldığımızda odanın lambası yanmıyordu, düş başlığı çalışmıyordu ve tuvalet rezervuarı bozuktu. Bunları otel sahibine ilettiğimizde, bana kimse birşey demedi kusura bakmayın gibi bir cümle ile geçiştirdi. Temizlik konusuna birşey diyemem ama geri kalan herşey çok kötüydü, kesinlikle başka bir alternatif deneyin.
 Very bad hotel, very old and neglected. When we stayed the room lamp was not lit, the dream head was not working and the toilet reservoir was broken. When we forwarded them to the hotel owner, nobody said anything to me, I'm sorry he passed on with a sentence. I can't say anything about cleanliness, but everything else was so bad, definitely try another alternative.

This is the view from the ouzo in the courtyard of the accommodation! Incredible hosts! Everything is perfect !! sea right next to it! On the pedestrian street of Nikiti next to it !! GREEK SUMMER REST RELAXATION !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prozori ne mogu da se zatvore, dušecima federi ispali, pola sijalica ne radi, apartman iz prošlog veka, WiFi nema. Jedino je čisto i menjaju posteljinu na tri dana.
The windows can't be closed, the spring mattresses have fallen out, half the light bulbs aren't working, the apartment is from the last century, there is no WiFi. It is only clean and they change the bed linen every three days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a superb location for a relaxing beach holiday. The apartments are right on the sea front. We had a fantastic view across the water towards the West (see photos). Our apartment was very clean with lovely high ceilings and air conditioning in both bedrooms. Even at peak season, the small beach in front of the apartment was not crowded and the area has an intimate atmosphere - my favourite location for a beach holiday yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magda is great,open for any question,tells all about surroundings and where to go.Her apartments are in the center,around best restaurants and promenade.It is OK, clean, spacious 3 bed room.Equipped.Private beach in front of app,free sunbeds.Bcs of that price is totally real.Ofc, plenty of beaches in Nikiti, and out.Only 4 stars bcs of sound of aspirator from restaurant.Acceptable.All in all good.We were from 20 Sept 2021.Nikiti is the most wonderful place and ALL SITHONIA is..Peace,smell,trees.Like nowhere in the world.Thank you for your hospitality
