Alexia's House - Nikiti Beach

Very nice, clean and bright rooms, everything is newly furnished. Perfect location both for the village but also next to the sea!! Staff is very helpful and friendly. A very relaxing experience overall, i will visit again for sure

The owners are very unhelpful and unfriendly.The furniture in the rooms is quite old and the apartments are very dirty-the cupboards were sticky and all the cutlery,too;there was sand all over and no washing-up liquid.Nobody cleaned the room for 8nights.The sheets are old and torn.They do not give you additional toilet paper if you need.Our bulb went out and even though we told the owner,nobody changed it.The hotel is very noisy and no one observes the resting hours.All in all I do not recommend this place and will never return there!

Amazing experince ! The owners are always willing to help and provide information. The location is ideal because it is ver close to the sea and at the same time is close to all the markets bars and restaurants. the apartment was clean and big enough for my 4 member family. we are definetly going to choose it next summer too. 10/10 !!!!

Great place in Nikiti. It is located in center of Nikiti, and beach is only 100 meters away. It has beautiful yard with palm trees, shades. In front of apartments there is private parking for your car (7-8 places) and if you can not find place there, you can park your car on big free public parking which is in front of apartments. This is not casual apartment. Its more like apart hotel, modern look. Apartments are spacious, clean, air conditioned, with TV, WiFi, and everything you and your family needs. Great spacious terrace (balcony) with table and 4 chairs. Hosts are beautiful and kind people, Sonia and Christo or Christos (not sure). Christo also speaks Serbian very well. They also let me wash my car with their hose from yard and help us to find great olive oil!!! They are always there if you need something, want to help anytime, they maintain everything on high level, clean and comfortable. Make you feel like home. You have towels, big and small and that will be changed for clean ones in 5 days. Bad sheets also. They also clean our room on half staying time. Near the apartment there are bakery, the best icecream, big markets etc. And all that without deposit for reservation! Really great value for money!!! Big recommendation!!!

Great place! 100m from sea. 6 times comes to Nikiti, always to Sonia!

We were in the villa Alexia's house in the period from 20.08. to 30.08.2021. Room number 1 on the first floor, with double bed, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe and terrace, bathroom and separate kitchen with extra bed and another, larger terrace. The owner is a wonderful woman. Very nice, kind. Very quickly we agreed on room rental, payment and more. She sent me pictures of the room and everything was as in the picture, just as she said. Bed linen is changed every five days. The villa is very close to the beach, just a few minutes. It is in a quiet place, there are parking spaces. Nice, landscaped yard. Everything was for a grade of ten ... I would recommend it to everyone.

Apartment was very clean, great location with a big parking. Wifi was ok. Kitchen with all the dishes. They have a travel cot for a baby of you need one. We were very satisfied with the hosts, they were very helpful. Definitely we will back again.
