★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα μια ρόδα για μια ηλεκτρική σκούπα.Μου είπαν ότι δεν την έχουν ετοιμοπαραδοτη και ότι θα την παραγγείλουν από το εξωτερικό. Τους είπα οκ. Θα περιμένουν όμως όπως μου είπαν να μαζευτούν και άλλες παραγγελίες γιατί το courier είναι 10€ και πιο ακριβό από την ρόδα την οποία θέλω. Μετά λοιπόν από 06 ημέρες τους ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι το ανταλλακτικό θέλει δεκαπέντε εργάσιμες ακόμα για να έρθει και ότι κάνει δεκαπέντε ευρώ, ΧΑ ΧΑ ΧΑ. Επίσης μου είπαν γιατί δεν τους πήγα την σκούπα από εκεί για να τσεκαρουν πως μπαίνει η ρόδα ενώ τους είχα δώσει όλα τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία της σκούπας. Μετά πολλά πολλά ακυρωσα την παραγγελία που εκτιμώ πως δεν έγινε ποτέ , γιατί μου είπαν επίσης πως και δεν πέρασα να δουν την σκούπα και πως δεν έδωσα προκαταβολή. Όλα αυτά εκ των υστέρων. Εάν δεν τους ξανά έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο ακόμα θα περίμενα .
I ordered a wheel for a vacuum cleaner. I was told that they did not have it ready for delivery and that they would order it from abroad. I told them ok. However, as they told me, they will wait for other orders to be collected because the courier is € 10 and more expensive than the wheel I want. So after 06 days I called them again and they told me that the spare part needs fifteen more working days to come and that it makes fifteen euros, ATHEX ATHEX. They also told me why I didn't take their broom from there to check that the wheel was coming in while I had given them all the necessary broom details. After a lot, I canceled the order, which I estimate never happened, because I was also told that I did not go to see the broom and that I did not pay in advance. All this in retrospect. If I didn't call them again I would still be waiting.
