★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αυτό το εκκλησάκι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Καλλιτέρο Ζακύνθου και είναι κάτω από το εκκλησάκι του Αγίου Λύπιου.
Η μεγαλομάρτυς Αγία Κυριακή ήταν το μοναδικό παιδί του Δωρόθεου και της Ευσεβίας. Οι γονείς της ήταν Έλληνες, ευσεβείς χριστιανοί, πλούσιοι αλλά χωρίς απογόνους. Σύμφωνα με τη διήγηση του βίου της από την Εκκλησία, προσευχόμενοι αδιαλείπτως, απέκτησαν ένα παιδί εκ Θεού. Εφόσον γεννήθηκε ημέρα Κυριακή (την ημέρα του Κυρίου), της δόθηκε το όνομα Κυριακή. Ήταν όμορφη στο σώμα και στη ψυχή. Βασανίστηκε παρά πολύ από τους Ρωμαίους για να αλλάξει την πίστη της αλλά δε λύγισε!

The great martyr Saint Kiriaki was the only child of Dorotheos and Eusebius. Her parents were Greeks, godly Christians, rich but without offspring. According to the narrative of her life from the Church, praying unceasingly, they have acquired a child of God. Since she was born on Sunday (the day of the Lord), she was given the name Sunday. It was beautiful in the body and soul. She was tortured by the Romans to change her faith but she did not bend!
