- not double bed available (they offer an alternative with 2 twins beds which are modified as double bed), 1 night there was no hot water however after contacting with owner the issue is resolved 20 minutes later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The apartments were situated in a very well maintained area. Beautiful gardens with lots of available seating areas. Lots of well looked after friendly cats who are willing to adopt you for your stay. Apartments are very comfortable with adequate cooking facilities and excellent shower. I am so glad of this because while I was there the medicine tropical storm happened so it was confined to barracks. I felt very safe in the apartment while the storm caused havoc and the facilities allowed me to fend very well for myself. Well stocked supermarket and fruit market within walking distance. I felt very safe as a solo traveller. The owners were lovely, well what do you expect, they were cat lovers!. Negative: This did not bother me but some people may want to have more ‘tourist’ amenities close by. I was thankful there were not and had a car available..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding studios and apartments with excellent location close to the port and the capital of Zakynthos. Special thanks to the host Nikos and his mother that run this property. They have created a little piece of heaven. They were very helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. Filoxenia Studios are luxury furnished providing comfort and a feel of being at home. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will visit again. Highly recommend staying there if you want a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Keep up the quality service!!!
