Μ έχουν κεράσει τον καλύτερο ελληνικό καφέ εδώ στην γιορτή : ελληνικός καφές, μπρίκι πάνω σε φωτιά από κουκουνάρια, σιγοβρασιμο καλύτερο και από χόβολη, άρωμα από ελληνικό καβουρδισμένο και ελαφρές νότες ξύλου. Τέτοιο καφέ δεν έχω ξαναπεί με διαφορά. It is worth visiting the feast of Agios Georgios in the homonymous church in the bay of Zogeria to understand what is happening. They have served the best Greek coffee here at the celebration: Greek coffee, kettle over a fire made of pine nuts, simmering better than embers, aroma of Greek roasted and light notes of wood.
