The beach is lovely and the tavern is ok. But be very careful about getting the day boat service from the main town. We repeatedly clarified what time we needed to be back at the boat and was told 5:30 but the boat left an hour early leaving us stranded. No phone numbers on boat tickets or anything to get assistance. The taverna just said we would need to pay €55 for a taxi. Do not risk going off the beach. They will just leave when they feel like it

Without question the worst place we visited in Greece. The owner and staff appear to hate everyone who walks in. Tried to sneak extra items onto our bill in Greek. If you’re going to Zogeria beach take a pack lunch as this is the only place to buy food... and God do they know it.

You need 4x4 or quad scooter to be there 2 km off road but it worth it the first restaurant in the island 60 years old

The Beach is nice but the Restaurant is over rated. The Service is really bad. The staff is not interested at all to sell you something. The food was ok. When we wanted to pay, he didn’t give us an invoice, we had to insist on it. They charged us higher prices than on the Menu plus extra items - we we‘re already curious when he told us the amount. Really not to recommand!

They have limited options and in my opinion are overestimated and for sure overpriced. We ordered "Sujukakia" with fries and they didn't inform us that they will come with sauce on the top of the whole plate. The chicken with spaghetti was okay, but even the spaghetti was poor cooked. We order for salad beetroot and it was canned. I don't recommend it, there are many places that you can eat with pleasure and quality.

Very little options when it comes to dishes, the spaggheti with cheese were poorly made and the soutzoukakia were obviously made and cooked beforehand and were just warmed up . Prices were normal and the time that it took for the dishes(about 6 minutes) to arrive was the only positive. The waiters were polite and very helpful but took their time to take our order. Being the only restaurant in the beach you really have no other option if you are hungry and want to eat

It’s rare that restaurants in Greece are bad. This one is disgusting. The menu is tiny which isn’t a problem in and of itself but it is when everything is awful. The salads are average but are the only passable dishes. The tzatziki is so full of garlic that it’s inedible. Surprisingly, there are no fish dishes. But that’s probably for the best if you consider the meat dishes: pork, veal and “meat sticks” that come with overcooked mushy spaghettis or undercooked mushy fries, all of this doused with a vile, sticky, gelatinous “tomato sauce”. And last but not least, a moussaka absolutely ruined by layers of ill tasting béchamel and bitter eggplants. Topping this off, the service is barely amicable and totally unresponsive to comments about the food.

Best beach of Spetses Beautiful bay with clean beach, turquoise water, sand with small pebbles. Free sunbeds and umbrellas Taverna: Very friendly people clean, fantastic views. Not expensive. Good for easy lunch (e.g. Greek salad) Honestly we do not understand some of the negative reviews here! We went every day during our stay on Spetses
