Pansion Vasso - Αγιος Νικήτα

Esperienza molto buona, parcheggio gratuito (indispensabile ad Agios Nikitas) a 50m (messo a disposizione dalla Pensione), cucina in comune in giardino, ma fornello (e lavandino) per colazione in camera. Ottimo rapporto prezzo / qualita'. Un valore aggiunto e' la titolare, Elefteria, gentile, disponibile e proprietaria anche dell'Agenzia Turistica Akrotiri a 100 m dalla Pansion. Non so se la piacevole esperienza sia "amplificata" dall'estate Covid = pochi turisti... magari in stagioni "normali" Agios Nikitas tende ad essere "saturo"? Consigliabile la passeggiata a piedi sino alla spiaggia Milos; invece la spiagga di Agios... da evitare... se non per l'aperitivo serale...

VFM διαμονή με λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν την διαφορά. Άνετο δωμάτιο με δικό του θερμοσίφωνα, προσεγμένο και καθαρό (συχνές αλλαγές σεντονιων, πετσετών), άνετος χώρος μπαλκονιού, ιδανική τοποθεσία 20 μέτρα από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο του Αγ. Νικήτα. Το ιδιόκτητο parking είναι φοβερή ευκολία για όσους γνωρίζουν από την έντονη κίνηση στην περιοχή. Τώρα σχετικά με απλά πράγματα που δεν παρατηρεί ο καθένας (λόγω του ότι δεν έχουν όλοι μικρό ή μικρά παιδάκια): πρίζες ασφαλείας παντού, το ξύλινο καγκελο στο μπαλκόνι είναι πάνω από 80cm, η (LCD) TV ψηλά σε σημειο μη προσβάσιμο για τα παιδιά. Επίσης, υπάρχει ένας πολύ όμορφος κοινόχρηστος χώρος με κήπο και κάδος ανακύκλωσης! Η Κα Βάσω και οι κόρες της πολύ ευγενικές και διαθέσιμες πάντα. Τα δωμάτια τα πρωινά δεν έχουν καθόλου ήλιο και τα απογεύματα το μπαλκόνι διαθέτει στόρια για να κάθεσαι ακόμα και το απόγευμα. Τέλος, κλιματιστικό υψηλής ποιότητας (αθορυβο-αποδοτικο). Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για διαμονή.

Fair balance between what you pay and what you get. Fairly clean, fairli distanced from beach, fairly quiet.... Nice place after all :-)

Bright, spacious rooms at a great price, with a beautiful view and surroundings! Location is quiet away from the buzz of the village, even though it is only a very short walk to the beach. Hosts Lia and Eleftheria are amazing! Made us feel incredibly welcome. So enjoyed our stay there!! Highly recommended!!

Very good value for money. Elefteria and her mother are super friendly and helpful. They even lent us their umbrella for the beach the whole week we were there. Near to Milos and Aghios Nikitas beach = good location. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

This choice exceeded our expectations by far. The room is cosy, great amenities, big comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The view from the upper floor is spectacular. Location is perfect and the fact that they provided parking makes everything so much easier in the busy Agios Nikitas. Eleutheria that manages the pansion was most accomodating, welcomed us warmly and helped us out with everything we needed. Ideal choice for your Leukada vacation, highly recommend it.

The nice: - The host is exceptionally nice and helpful. - Location is the biggest plus of this apartment, there are a couple of mini-markets nearby, and basically you don't need to drive to reach the best local restaurants. - They kept the suite very clean, it is cleaned every 3rd day. - You get a key to a nearby parking lot (if you are here by car, trust me you'll need it). - The view from the balcony was better than expected, it doesn't look as good on the pictures. And the balcony itself is very spacious. - WiFi was fast, rare to find in Greece. The not so nice: - The kitchen for cooking is located in the backyard, and you need to share it with other residents, but it seems that this is the norm on Lefkada. In the suite itself, you only have one stove that can prepare morning coffee. There is no microwave anywhere. - The lighting on the balcony was very bad, and we had to improvise in order to have dinner in the evening. - And the bathroom... First, you need to pay attention to manually turn the water boiler on or off in order to have warm water. You would expect to just not need to take care about that at this price. - The water pressure is unpredictable, sometimes it's just barely there. Apparently it is affected by the usage from other residents. - The shower cannot fit two people. And there's no place to put any of your things, like shampoo or soap.

Nice place to stay. Fair price, very good personal recommendations for trips in Lefkada from the hosts . Milos Beach is very beautiful. Recommend! We will come again.
