★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να πρώτο πουμε για αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.. Για την υπέροχη θέα? Για τα τόσο ζεστά (πραγματικά ζεστά) δωμάτια? Ότι κάθε μέρα καθαρίζονται και υπάρχουν πάντα καθαρές πετσέτες? Για το πιο προσεγμένο και νόστιμο πρωινό, που κάθε μέρα υπάρχουν τόσες πολλές λιχουδιές? Φυσικά όλο αυτό ολοκληρώνεται από μια τρομερή φιλοξενία και τον Κ. Δημήτρη πάντα πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει και να μας αναφέρει όμορφους κοντινούς προορισμούς!! Όποτε με το καλό ξανά βρεθούμε στη πόλη, σίγουρα εδώ θα ξανά έρθουμε!!
 What can we say first about this hotel .. For the wonderful view? For such warm (really warm) rooms; That every day they are cleaned and there are always clean towels; For the most refined and delicious breakfast, that every day there are so many delicacies; Of course all this is completed by a tremendous hospitality and K. Dimitris always willing to help us and mention beautiful nearby destinations !! Whenever we are in the city again, we will definitely come here again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μισή ώρα ακριβώς από την κοντινή άκρη της πόλης, σε δρόμο ελικοειδή, μονο στροφές, μέχρι την κορυφή του βουνού, όπου έχεις θέα (αλλά από μεγάλη απόσταση κ δεν διακρίνεις τιποτα) και με πολλές μανούβρες για μια στενή θέση στάθμευσης. Στο δωμάτιο φτάνεις αφού ανέβεις 65 (!) σκαλιά, κουβαλώντας τα μπαγκάζια, χωρίς ράμπα κ χωρίς βοήθεια.
~Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο κ καθαρό~
την πρώτη μέρα, η συντήρησή του παρουσίαζε πρόβλημα. Το μπάνιο χρειάζεται -επειγόντως- ηλεκτρολόγο, αφού δύο παροχές ήταν απολύτως κ απαράδεκτα εκτεθειμένες.! Η τραπεζαρία του πρωϊνού "κρύα" κ άχαρη, άχρωμη κ ακαλαίσθητη. Ίδιο και το πρωϊνό.
Υπάρχει ευγένεια κ καλή πρόθεση
αλλά λείπει φροντίδα.
Ενός ειδικού ή έστω απλώς γυναικεία ματιά, καθ' ότι θυμίζει συνθήκες... στρατώνα.
Half an hour from the nearest edge of the city, on a winding road, only turns, to the top of the mountain, where you have a view (but from a great distance and you can not see anything) and with many maneuvers for a narrow parking space. You reach the room after climbing 65 (!) Steps, carrying the luggage, without a ramp and without help.
Δωμάτιο The room is big and clean ~
on the first day, its maintenance was problematic. The bathroom urgently needs an electrician, since two utilities were completely and unacceptably exposed! The breakfast room is "cold" and ungrateful, colorless and tasteless. Same with breakfast.
There is courtesy and good intentions
but lacks care.
An expert or even just a feminine look, as it reminds of conditions ... a barracks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our visit at this hotel was outstanding. The owners were very polite and helpful, very nice breakfast . The room was as described, magnificent view, very warm because we visited burning winter time. The distance from Ioannina town is acceptable and also has parking. I sincerely suggest this hotel to any one that would like to visit the territory of epirus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing stay!!! The place is located within a 10-min drive from the city of Ioannina! Although we arrived at midnight, a person was at the reception to welcome us and show us our room! The view from our balcony was breathtaking!! The room was very clean and large (we got a free upgrade from a room with twin beds to a room with a double and a single bed). The area is quiet and peaceful! A huge surprise was the breakfast!!!! We were served a large variety and amount of local food. Every dish was extremely tasteful! It was so nice starting our day with a nice coffee, excellent food and looking down at the like of ioannina! Finally, there is a free parking space!
