★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of those places you really feel sad you have to leave. Hospitality is like nowhere else, Rooms are good and clean and homemade breakfast is just wonderful.
Only issue is accessibility - many stairs to carry the luggage.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent choice, near the town, but far (and high) enough to enjoy the magnificent and astonishing view, especially during autumn. The homemade breakfast is more than excellent, the staff is very friendly and polite, the rooms are clean, and the overall decoration and design is very cozy, creating a friendly and home-like atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view of the Ioannina lake in stone houses in a Northwest-Greece-country-house style. Super clean, spacious houses with garden. Best hospitality by friendly smiley people and the most cheerful dog ever. Close to Ioannina and only 30' from Zagorohoria. You can have your coffee on the shaded balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast is an experience.

Location is outside the town across the lake, about 20 min drive from town center. The panorama is amazing. For us it was a bid adventage to stay in a quiet neighborhood.
Excellent breakfast.
