This is a traditional version of spit barbecued pork that slowly cooks in its own juice for at least 5 hours, possibly longer and melts in your mouth. The Greek salad and all the other dishes I've tasted here are excuisitely fresh and delicious. The owner and help here are very friendly. Prices are fair. The place is an absolute gem.
