Great place. Ideal for families with little children. The house is very spacious, very clean and quiet. The hostes are very kind and friendly.

Amazing stone houses in a garden of orange and olive trees. Great view of the sun rise and the mountains. Extremely polite staff. Fabulous breakfast basket every morning waiting outside our door. Ideal for kids and families.

This place is in a cozy rural area 10 minutes from the beach and tavernas (3 by car). Several 3-floored villas, some standalone, some duplex-style, around a perfect lawn. Although the style is rustic, everything is very modern, the kitchen and bathroom equipment are upscale and in a great condition, and so is the furniture with great character. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is in a touching basket that awaits every morning (if a bit heavy on breads and bakery, but that's a personal issue for me — they are great quality). Now the downsides. First of all, the noise at night. The property sits on the local main road, which, while tiny, is the way people go home late at night; many of them on loud bikes. Without ear plugs this is serious. With them, quite bearable, so come prepared (and I believe the management could have offered them to guests). Then the aircon: it's installed on the middle floor so the heavier cool air never reaches the top bedroom floor, and you have to open the windows at night, inviting all the more noise. Finally, the privacy: our 3-level house was essentially a single shared space with no walls or partitions, so if you want to hide away from your kids, that is impossible. The general impression is very good though, thanks for a pleasant stay.

A beautiful place with the most amazing hosts. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. Amazing breakfast with fresh and local produce. 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from the beautiful Plaka beach. The locals are very nice and hospitable. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay to remember! :) Beautiful location under the steep high red rocks of Leonídio, lovely guesthouses , comfortable, beautiful decorated and well equipped to provide a fully convenient stay. Nice view, Big garden (pet friendly) and with a beautiful playground for kids, wonderful breakfast basket (fresh local delicacies, eggs and fruits) and, last but not least, very polite, caring and helpful hosts. Had a wonderful time and hope to stay there again in a future visit to the area. Strongly recommend.

Agroktima guesthouse is a boutique hotel surrounded by green. The location is ideal - close to Plaka beach (walking distance) and not too far from Leonidio. It's kids friendly, good for bicycling, soccer and other field games. It has a playground (treehouse) for younger children. The rooms are clean and cozy, a bit small if your kids have grown up. The price is fair and the staff is super-friendly and pleasant. We will definitely visit again should we be in the area.

The only drawback is not on the rooms but the location there has 't facilitities to do some things.But i went in the winter and i don t know how is the situation there in the summer because there is a beach near the rooms. BUT Agroktima is an amazing place to stay. The house was very warm ,clean,cosy and beautiful so inside as outside.The host was a very kindfull and helpfull person. The food in the morning was great. There was an amazing backet with eggs, bread,butter, marmelade, honey, cakes and some coffee every morning in front of the door. Having and eating breakfast in this way, It suits amazing with all the enviroment there(warm, cozy and in the garden).
