★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the cafe. Hilariously expensive, we paid for a fresh juice €7 and for a terrible Greek coffee €4. Won’t be visiting again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elisabeth, the woman at the reception, is the best thing that happened to the hotel. Cheerful, nice and always available to help out! The bathroom is too small for a boutique hotel. The shower is uncomfortable and small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are grossly overpriced, need maintenance, internet is patchy, mosquitoes everywhere. Management are dishonest and have absolutely zero business integrity.
At check-in we explained that the rooms were not at all suitable and we can not stay. First room aircon didn’t work, the second room’s bathroom had a broken/leaking toilet, also the shower door was missing. Literally blood on the bathroom walls from so many squashed mosquitoes. We immediately found an alternative hotel, we explained that we are leaving because we have a baby we can not and would not use chemical or plug-in repellent.
The manager was extremely unreasonable. In the end after various negotiations we made a deal that if she could rent our old room, then we could get a refund for the remaining 2 unused nights.
We came back a few times and clearly saw that the room was occupied, but sadly the manager reneged, and acted as though we never had the conversation at all.
After speaking to a few locals we heard that the owners are apparently bankrupt and are on borrowed time. The bank has already seized the property and it has since been sold off. The new owner allowed them to continue to operate for another year to recover some money to pay debts to basically stop them from going to jail. This would explain their way of operating and complete lack of ethics and morals.
Final word, stay away at all costs. Book another hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is nicely situated at Ammos beach and very close to the bars, shops and restaurants.
The room was nice, with a good bed, good air conditioning and a baby bed upon request. The bath room and shower could be improved, but it was sufficient and there was plenty warm water.
At the reception you can get beach towels and an umbrella to use at the beach.
The best part of the hotel is the staff who try to accommodate all your requests. This includes help with luggage the room and to and from the ferry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a rating for the restaurant at the front of the hotel, the beachfront, well they call it a restaurant.
The worst and probably the most expensive food on Koufonissi, the menu describes homemade rustic bread and you get nasty sliced white bread. Two people order a meal and only one gets a meal, the other follows 10 mins later, unbelievable Faulty Towers service. The food was inedible, when they asked if everything was alright, we explained the issues and the waiter apologized then brought us a bill for the full amount.
Oh! I forgot to mention the bathrooms, disgusting, with a filthy dirty old towel hanging off the empty paper towel dispenser.
The good news is the menu is full of creative tempting dishes, it's a pity the kitchen hasn't read it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad choice. The reality of the hotel is very different from Internet photos. The room was dark and had numerous damages, very neglected and noisy.
They don't clean the rooms daily.
Addicionally, the owner offer me 20 eur to cancel Booking App reservation to save the commission payment if I agreed to write a good hotel review. Of course I didn't.
Worst experience in all Greece.
