Like an elderly aristocrat - once excellent but past its best. Needs some general maintainance. Probably a popular family hotel with Greek families. Good pool. Rooms with a view at the front above the pool will have a fab view of the harbour.

Everything was terrible from the moment we arrived. Receptionist was super rude and unprofessional. He wanted to get cash for the full amount, and when we said we will pay with card, he gave us a different price. Hotel was extremly expensive for the services provided. Initially we told them that we will need two extra beds (with an extra charge per day), however when we arrived we told them that it will not be required. Although they removed them, they still charged them. The receptionist also told us over the phone that the rooms are luxerious, very spacious and had an amazing view. When we arrived we realized that there is no view of the sea, and that the room was very small for 8 people. There was absolutely no way that we could sleep 8 people in this room. Additionally, they didnt have a first aid kit. Someone got injured and they had no anticeptic, pain killers, ice and bandage to provide. Finally, we found a coackroach in the room while we were sleeping, and our rooms did not get cleaned one of the 4 days we stayed there. I would never go back to this place, primarily because the people who work there were rude and deceipftul.

We had a great experience in Atlantida hotel. Rooms in the new refurnished area are nice, clean, tidy with a great view. The old hotel area is clean and tidy but would need some renovation - and that's the only reason I'm giving 4 out 5. The location is great to enjoy a perfect sunset and it's only few minutes from the main area of the village. The service is above any expectations. Due to covid-19 we had to replan our holidays and the hotel manager facilitated with the best possible solution. I would definitely stay there when I go back to Koufonisia.

My friends and I stayed at Atlantida Hotel for a week this year and we are certainly going back!! We loved the place and the people running it! The location is fantastic - 5min walk to the centre of the island. In most rooms you can enjoy the mesmerizing view of the aegean sea and the sunset, it's simply breathtaking! The people in charge of the Hotel - Matina, Rena and Mr Stamatis did everything possible to take our experience to the next level. They were always there to answer questions and give us tips about the island. They really made our holiday special! I can't thank them enough and I am really looking forward to seeing them all next year!!

Good value for money in a great location and with a great view. We were in the new part. The very best thing about this hotel was Martina who was very friendly and very helpful. She took her time to explain about the hotel and the island to give us tips on what to do and where to eat. She was always happy to answer any questions we had at anytime and help to make our trip great. Whichever hotel she works at next season, here or else where in Greece, will be very lucky to have her and the guests will be very lucky to meet her on their trip. Not sure how our stay would have been if she wasn't here but with her I can only give 5 stars.

We stayed on the hotel for 4 nights, and I believe that it is the adequate amount of time needed to write this review, regarding the....poorness of the rooms and administration. For starters, the rooms were old (we were place on the old building of the hotel), with old windows that could break with those strong winds that occur on the island. The shower had low water pressure ( in contrast to the new building), and the shower curtain was about to fall on our heads, as it was not properly and strongly placed. The air conditioner was not working, and the kitchen tap was rusty. As for the adminstration, all I have to say is this....the owner of the hotel should retire himself and let the running of the business to his daughter. When I arrived at the hotel, I spoke to his daughter about the amout of people that were in my group, and we realized that one of the booked rooms was one bed short (miscommunication errors - sth quite common when booking via phone). We realized that the booking was filed on a piece of paper, instead of computer (very unproffesional). The daughter was trying professionally to settle the situation, however her father was rather rude and stubborn, (not only to us but also to his daughter) as he was claiming that this was our fault. Moreover, he stated that we were obliged to pay the accomodation fee first, without settling the problem that had occured. To finalize, I cannot leave un-reviewed the positive attributes of the hotel. Great location, where you could view the town, as well as a beautiful sunset. The pool was a proper luxury (well maintained), and the staff (especially the daughter) was pleasantly friendly and communicative.. All in all, considering the above, the hotel is overvalued, in my opinion.

Canceled reservation due to covid, they said they will send me a voucher and they don’t. I lost all my money. I called them a lot of times, booking.com contacted a lot of times and they refuse to refund me or send me voucher. Shame on you!
