M	Masumi Mutsuda Zapater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, owner brings you from and to the ferry with his car. The room was clean. Maybe a bit expensive.
I	Iasonas Varnavas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked my 5 night stay at Selini. It is very well located, near the center of the village. The owner was polite and friendly, helping us with all sorts of inquiries that we had. I would love to stay there again!
S	Stav Dragon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was cleaned every day, the owner was polite and help us to carry our baggages from the hotel to the port and vice versa! The only negative was the lack of shampoo, there were only some tiny soaps!
G	Georgios Karatzas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a 2 room apartment for €200 per night for a family of 4 in Aug 2018 expecting at least a reasonable standard considering the price. Instead, the quality of the apartment was comparable to low budget hostel, dirty with not even the basic facilities. Eventually we had to cut our holidays short as it was impossible to enjoy this wonderful island staying at this place (there was no availability anywhere else). It’s a shame that such places can spoil what is otherwise one of the most beautiful and welcoming holiday locations.
G	Gaetano Trapanese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen such an unpolite and rude host: he insulted for more than 1 hour a couple of italian tourists who received an appartment completely different form the one they had reserved on booking.com. In place of a room with sea-view balcony and a private openair space they were in a ground floor apartment without any view and without any private openair space. They showed him the pictures of the house they had booked but the owner continued to insult them with terms like "italiani mafiosi". In addition to this - as he did not accept credit cards (!!!) - he pretended that they had paid cash for that awful room! In the end the tourists left the house without paying and avoiding the fraud. Stay miles away from this place!!!
D	Daluz Daluz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "owner" of the rooms is rude and arrogant, the prices are extremely high for no purpose since the services provided are the lowest. Rooms are not cleaned properly, missing basic accessories like bath soap, water or even toilet paper! When someone asks a question, the guy representing the Wolf of Wall Street talks rudely and offensively, saying again and again that he has no need to have you in his rooms and that he has a lot of money! Pretty ridiculous guy.. I cannot imagine how no any official authority has taken actions against this Appartments, when this guy does not provide receipts and requests from all visitors to pay in cash. It is a real pity for this beautiful island to have such a low quality person who tries to thieve and gain as much money he can. Keep away from this guy! The island has various other rooms and places to stay, where people respect you and provide you hospitality.

He picked us up at the port, helped us with our luggage and gave us a big, comfortable room with air conditioning. He also took us to the port when we checked out. Definitely recommended to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful Koufonisia, as the studios have an excellent location.
I	Istvan Papp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimitris was a very kind host, picked us up and dropped us off at the port, gave us a nice and clean room, took care of our luggage after check out. The rooms were large and comfortable with air conditioning and with outstanding location.
