★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ηρεμια, γαληνη και αναταση ψυχής!
Ευκολη προσβαση, και στα θετικα το wc που κυριολεκτικά ελαμπε.
Στα αρνητικά, το γεγονός ότι δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένας καλόγερος να μας υποδεχθεί και να μας κανει περιήγηση και ιστορική αναδρομη.
Στα αρνητικά επίσης το γεγονός ότι σε όλα τα είδη που διατίθεται προς πώληση στο Μοναστήρι υπήρχαν ιδιαίτερα τσιμπημένες τιμες & οχι το " ότι έχετε ευχαριστηση" όπως θα περίμενε κάποιος σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις.
 Calm, serene and uplifted soul!
Easy access, and on the plus side the toilet that literally shone.
On the downside, the fact that there was not a single monk to greet us and give us a tour and historical background.
On the negative side also the fact that in all the items available for sale in the Monastery there were particularly stingy prices & not the "that you have pleasure" as one would expect in such cases.

Unique experience at a very close distance from Dimitsana with easy access. Detailed tour by the responsible kslogero and interesting monastic products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άλλο ένα καταπληκτικό μοναστήρι με μια μοναδική εικόνα της Παναγίας που πρέπει να επισκεφτεί όποιος βρεθεί εκεί κοντά. Έξω δε από την μόνη περήφανα στέκουν τα δίδυμα κυπαρίσσια εις μνήμη των αδερφών του Κολοκοτρώνη!!
Another amazing monastery with a unique image of the Virgin Mary that should be visited by anyone nearby. And outside the only one, the twin cypress trees stand proudly in memory of Kolokotronis' brothers !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ταπεινό μοναστήρι σκαρφαλωμένο πάνω σε βράχο. Εκεί είσαι μόνο εσύ κι ο Θεός. Οι λίγοι μοναχοί φυλάνε Θερμοπύλες της Ορθοδοξίας. 10 χρόνια και μου φαίνεται ότι πήγα χτες.
Humble monastery perched on a rock. Only you and God are there. The few monks guard Thermopylae of Orthodoxy. 10 years and it seems to me that I went yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small monastery based around a cave shrine from the year 1600. A very friendly monk will show you around, but I'm not sure if they speak much English (I speak Greek). There is a small gift shop where you can buy fruit liqueurs made in the monastery!
