Με εντυπωσίασε το γεγονός πως υπήρχε συνέπεια στο χρόνο επισκευής και παράδοσης του laptop. Ευγενέστατοι στο τηλέφωνο και με προθυμία να εξυπηρετήσουν και να λύσουν τυχόν απορίες. Επίσης, δεν κοιτούν να εκμεταλλευτούν άγνοια η μη επαρκείς γνώσεις. Σε κάθε περίπτωση έμεινα τόσο ευχαριστημένος που θα τους στείλω και 2ο λαπτοπ που έχω για επισκευή. J	John P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ντροπή του επαγγέλματος… Ήρθε να ρυθμίσει το πιάτο της γειτόνισσας και 2 μέρες κούναγε το δικό μου πιάτο νομίζοντας ότι είναι δικό της. Βασίστηκε στην υπόδειξη της ηλικιωμένης γειτόνισσας χωρίς να εξετάσει από μόνος του ποιο πιάτο είναι ποιανού. Ενώ αυτό ήταν οπτικά ξεκάθαρο αν κανείς απλά ακλουθούσε με το μάτι καλώδιο. Την πρώτη μέρα άλλαξε το lnb. Aπό monoblock που είχα για 2 δορυφόρους σε ένα απλό lnb και αφού είδε ότι δεν μπορούσε να το φτιάξει τότε την δεύτερη μέρα έκοψε το καλώδιο μου και έριξε καινούριο καλώδιο από το πιάτο μου μέχρι το διαμέρισμα της γειτόνισσας και της χρέωσε καινούριο δέκτη (ο παλιός ήταν και είναι πλήρως λειτουργικός). Όταν ενημερώθηκε για τα λάθος του, αρνήθηκε να το αποκαταστήσει με δικά του έξοδα και να επαναφέρει το πιάτο μου στην προηγούμενη κατάσταση. Ο συγκεκριμένος τεχνικός μπαίνει σε μαύρη λίστα και δεν τον συνιστώ σε κανέναν για καμία εργασία.
