★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service promised installation that couldn’t be selected on the website. They promised to solve it and call me to confirm. At the end they didn’t even bother to call. Ended paying up additional 40 euro for installation.
The products arrived dirty and with light damages.
Transporters didn’t want to recover the packaging material.
NOT recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store looked good, but as a non-greek speaker got totally locked out of the conversation by the Nespresso lady.
The conversation was going well, and we asked for some advice on some of the machines. At some point she asked if she could explain 1 technical thing in Greek to my partner, of course! No problem.
But after that she refused to talk English, wouldn't even reply my answers to me, and just kept talking Greek. Like, how rude?! Of course, it's super normal to ignore your customer mid-conversation WHILE THEY'RE TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING FROM YOU. Maybe for locals or people fluent in Greek it's good, but if you're from another country? Just skip it. Would not recommend.
