★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellente guide française dont la passion pour la Crète est contagieuse ! Cela dit, l’organisation des excursions laisse à désirer. L’agence nous a vendu un voyage pour une plage « déserte »...Sur place, nous avons découvert un lieu charmant certes (Gramvoussa/Balos) mais envahi par des milliers d’autres touristes. Nous avons apprécié notre journée au final mais aurions aimé un peu plus de franchise de la part de l’agence par rapport à l’atmosphère du lieu.
Excellent French guide whose passion for Crete is contagious! That said, the organization of the excursions leaves something to be desired. The agency sold us a trip to a beach "deserted" ... On the spot, we discovered a charming place certainly (Gramvoussa / Balos) but invaded by thousands of other tourists. We enjoyed our day in the end but would have liked a bit more frankness from the agency compared to the atmosphere of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On nous a vendu un trajet direct pour Elafonisi et au final on nous fait transiter par le port desservant Gramvousa et meme attendre leur bateau au retour... Donc pres de 2heures perdues à rajouter aux 3h30 de trajet (aller et retour). Nous on appelé à 22h la veille de notre depart pour nous dire qu'ils etaient complets et nous depander si l'on pouvait faire voyager une de nos filles (10 et 11 ans) sur nos genous... Bien entendu nous avons refusé pour des raisons de sécurité. Je vous ecris en direct de l'attente de repartir avec notre second bus. Je ne recommande donc pas cette agence d'excursions.
We were sold a direct route to Elafonisi and finally we were passed through the port serving Gramvousa and even wait for their boat to return ... So nearly 2 hours lost to add to the 3:30 journey (round trip). We were called at 10pm the day before our departure to tell us that they were complete and we expander if we could make travel one of our girls (10 and 11 years) on our knees ... Of course we refused for security reasons. I write to you live waiting to leave with our second bus. I do not recommend this tour agency.

Особенно хочу отметить водителя, который рассказал много интересного помимо экскурсионной программы и дал несколько полезных советов по поводу нашего отдыха.
Огромное спасибо менеджеру Елене за терпение и советы по выбору экскурсий и за помощь в самых разных вопросах от "что и где купить" до помощи в аренде машины.
We went with them to Balos. A very well organized trip.
I would especially like to note the driver, who told a lot of interesting things in addition to the excursion program and gave some useful advice about our vacation.
Many thanks to manager Elena for her patience and advice on the choice of excursions and for help in a variety of issues from "what and where to buy" to help in renting a car.

The pick up was punctual the coaches clean, the drivers deserved medals for manoeuvring around the narrow mountain roads in Crete. The accompanying guides spoke different languages and were professional and friendly at all times.
The prices were also acceptable.
