S	Ste Pas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war hier im Mai 2019 mit einem Freund zum Motorrad fahren für insgesamt 3 Nächte eingekehrt und ich muss sagen, das ist die beste und schönste Unterkunft, die wir in der einen Woche auf Kreta gefunden haben. Nicht nur das tolle, selbst vom Chef zubereitete Essen war hervorragend, auch die Apartements fanden wir super: großzügig, mit landestypischen Flair ohne Schichi. Zudem war der Chef der beste "local guide" (fährt selber Motorrad) und hat uns auf seiner Landkarte tolle offroad-Strecken für unsere Enduro-Wanderungen gezeigt. Die Preise fanden wir absolut ok, mag sein, dass es in der Hauptsaison teurer ist. Wer "Rummel und fast food " sucht, ist hier eh falsch. Wir würden hier immer wieder Station machen, denn man spürt hier die wahre Seele Kretas. I stayed here in May 2019 with a friend for a 3 night motorbike ride and I have to say this is the best and nicest place we found in one week in Crete. Not only was the great food, even prepared by the chef, excellent, we also found the apartments to be great: generous, with typical flair without a ski. In addition, the boss was the best "local guide" (drives his own motorcycle) and showed us great off-road routes for our enduro hikes on his map. We found the prices absolutely ok, it may be that it is more expensive in the high season. Anyone looking for "hype and fast food" is wrong here anyway. We would stop here again and again, because you can feel the true soul of Crete here.
M	MH Nieuwenhuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oase van rust, vandaag met de kinderen een heerlijke bergwandeling gemaakt op aanwijzing van de eigenaar. Gisteren lekker in zee gezwommen op een strandje hier ca 7km vandaan, ook weer op aanwijzing van de hoteleigenaar. Het strandje was vrijwel leeg. Het ontbijt en avondeten is super lekker. Ze houden goed rekening met eetwensen, minder vlees, noten allergie geen probleem... We aten al lokale mispels, berg groentes die we niet in de restaurantjes hebben zien liggen. Oasis of peace, today with the children a wonderful mountain hike made by the owner's instructions. Yesterday nice swimming in the sea on a beach about 7 km away, again on the instructions of the hotel owner. The beach was almost empty. The breakfast and dinner is super tasty. They take good account of eating requirements, less meat, nut allergy no problem ... We already ate local meddles, mountain vegetables that we did not see in the restaurants.

We were looking for a different accomodation close to the nature & found authentic people and enjoyed the Cretan hospitality and gastronomy. The best experience in our 10 days trip in south Crete!
