Akti Studios Finikounda - Κεντρική Παραλία Φοινικούντας

I just got back from a vacation in Finikounda. My stay in one of AKTI STUDIOS helped me to spend 18 wonderful days. Many thanks to Giannis, Konstantina for their kindness, kindness and cleanliness of the room. Good luck.

Decent rooms clean and by the sea you do not need to be transported to another beach, without any mosquitoes, a pleasant sleep with open windows. The owners are friendly, friendly and in a good mood. We thank Mr. Giannis for the farewell gift.

The beautiful entrance with the beautiful flowers of the wonderful owners and means the room perfectly spacious clean and with a perfect view! Two literal steps from the sea! You will feel the warmth and the smile!

On the positive side, really 20 meters from the sea and because of a child it was a very basic parameter that we chose. Also the people were polite and tried it. But professionalism is lacking, the opinion of an expert would help. The infrastructure is very basic, we did not catch internet any day, as a result of which we need to work from our mobile phone and get our bills high. I skip some ridiculous things like let's say that a knife for spreading butter etc had only one, the 2nd one had to wait or the beer openers were advertising etc! It did not have a kettle, as well as kitchen infrastructure, 2 eyes only and a very small refrigerator minibar, for a family it is not convenient. Generally in Messinia because I am going for the third year and probably for the last time, they are a bit "tight-lipped", which is not in line with the hospitality. Price for what it offers is not cheap but it is not the most expensive. He wants a refresher in the way he approaches because the point is really very good and the approach is of the logic rooms to let 50 euros that does him injustice.

Wonderful rooms, just above the sea. You do not need a car to go for a swim. We stayed in the 4-bed (two-room) and it was very comfortable and very clean as well. The front lawn also adds to its beauty. The owners are very hospitable and polite. I highly recommend it !!! The best choice for Finikounda.

Our vacation was amazing! What to remember first; The room provided all the amenities with the incredible view just 10 meters from the beach. I have no words for the family! All the most noble and wonderful people, far ahead in terms of professionalism !!! Mrs. Konstantina is tireless and creative always with a smile and Mr. Giannis is always willing to serve us in whatever we asked for with his incredible humor !!!! Fast internet, amazing grass and beautiful flowers. What else to ask for ?? By far our best holidays !!! I highly recommend it to everyone! The best apartments of Finikounda! Wonderful vacation in a spotless accommodation 10 meters from the sea. What should I remember first, the wonderful flowers of Mrs. Giota, the humor and kindness of Giannis, the wonderful and always smiling Konstantina who makes a sacrifice to please us all, the green lawn that gives a nice color to this wonderful accommodation? But more I will remember their love that they generously give us for a decade that they host us. Because without people, the holidays have no aroma and no soul.
