One can not sleep when openning air condition. Staff are not kind at all. After checking out, we were plan to sit in the lobby but were kicked out by the staff.

When we got there, one of the staff members tried to convince us not very clearly that he can cancel our expedia booking by saying that we did not arrive, so that he will pay less and make us a discount of 2.5-5%. We refused, this was not professional. The overall hotel condition inside is average, furthermore the staff was not always quite friendly - for example accusing the 6year kid is talking too loud at 10 in the morning.. Positive things: location and air conditioning. Negative things: The "double bed" is actually 130-140cm wide. You need to ask for twin beds if you want to have some confort! Very poor breakfast, bad condition of the bathrooms (water coming out the suige, bad smell, black spots on the shower curtain, lots of stain on the pipes, no shower-gel or shampoo, cheap water-added liquid soap available), strong rotten smell in the rooms, loud street, most of us had problems in the night because busses and motorbikes were passing by. Changed to 1 star review after reply received that this is fake news. Definitely not fake!

The receptionist is a super friendly and helpful person that made us feel very welcome. The amenities in the room could be better, for example there could be a string or something at the balcony where we would be able to hang our wet swimsuits and towels, and the hotel could provide small shampoos and shower gels. Lastly, breakfast was ok but variety from day to day was limited.
