Everything is new, super clean, location is amazing, breakfast was excellent and the staff is very kind and warm-hearted. They made us feel so comfortable. Angeliki at the reception provided us with extra support to make our holiday on the island an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much guys! (Sabina & Julian)

I'm giving this hotel a 5* review because the staff was particularly nice and helpful. I had a last minute change for the last night and the cancellation went as smooth as possible.

A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I stayed at this hotel in August 2021. After this hotel, we booked Diana and Phoenix Hotel in Zante Town as well, to stay with some friends. Bitzaro Hotel was BY FAR the BEST HOTEL we had. Breakfast was amazing - personalized menu. The staff is great, they helped us get a great scooter within one hour of our stay there. They were always helping you out with anything and recommending places. Don't expect to have amazing views if you are going for a budget room and they don't have swimming pool - but that is OK. We booked Diana thinking that the hotel there had swimming pool but ACTUALLY you can go to Diana's swimming pool without being from that hotel - and Bitzaro is like 50 meters away from that hotel. If you really want to spend a nice time in Zakynthos, where most of the hotels' pictures don't meet expectations, then stay at Bitzaro - you will definitely not regret it. On top of everything, place is super clean and they obey with all the COVID-19 rules!!

We have never experienced such hospitality in any hotel. Rooms are beautiful and cleaned every day, breakfasts are delicious and plentiful, and the service is friendly and helpful!

It was a great decisions? This place is new and it looks lovely. Service is excellent and we can't wait for our breakfast tomorrow. We already know it's going to be delightful. Update: breakfast was absolutely delightful. Our stay was wonderful. Angeliki is a real gem.

N	Nina Clevenger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! Let’s start off with first impression , walked into the hotel and it was SPOTLESS! And was instantly greeted. Once checked in and we got to the room it was so very clean and modern. The bed is comfortable , nice shower with great water pressure and hot water! So was already happy . When we came back after a walk they asked about breakfast which we did not know was included . The breakfast is amazing . Breads are fresh , eggs they cook for you fresh along with everything else with the meal. Simply amazing. On top of all the other things I would also give 10 stars to the staff!! They are so very friendly and accommodating. The night before we accidentally left the car lights on and the battery went dead and the staff did everything they could to find someone to help jump our vehicle quickly . They went above and beyond with their hospitality!!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone !! And if we ever come back to this island we will DEFINITELY stay here again !!!! Thank you for our wonderful stay !!!
