★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really dont know where to start. First of all this is surly not the place you want to end up in if you are on a vacation. Very dirty unprofessional wanna be hotel. There are cockroaches roaming the rooms. We came across 2 in 4 days. Every where you touch is sticky and greasy. The service is non existent. The staff of the hotel are friendly but you can feel that they are not given the means to help you out with the service. I am sure the hotel management has to invest more into details specially cleanliness. I would not recommend anyone to end up in this hotel, unless you dont mind cockroaches roaming your room while your sleeping. Note : i only managed to take a picture of a baby cockroach but the mother one which was huge i couldn’t as it hid somewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the location is the only good thing about this hotel. Except for the receptionist Philippos, and the bartender in the cafe, the staff is extremely unwelcoming and rude - customer service and satisfaction is close to null. Although the rooms look like they’re refurbished, our room smelled like sewage despite efforts of cleaning it up, the AC does not work properly, there is no complimentary coffee and water was only offered the first day of our stay. Another couple’s room even had cockroaches! Also, we could never seem to find a parking spot nearby as it’s always rush hour in the center and the hotel does not provide such services. The worst experience was the cafe - the breakfast buffet is very cheap with limited varieties given the food culture of the country and food was always served cold. It looked like the cafe waitresses are deliberately being rude. At one point, one of the waitresses screamed at me from across the very busy cafe for serving myself coffee from the breakfast buffet. She was scared i would break the handle!
Anywho, the location could never make up for the daily disappointments we encountered at this hotel - would not recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently refurbished and standardised service. Staff polite and always smiling. Being very central, it can be noisy, especially if you are looking to sleep with the windows open. Rooms are tiny and crammed with cheap but chic furniture. Bathrooms are new and shiny but the glass door does not give you all the privacy you may want. The hotel should make a bit of an effort to improve the breakfast buffet which is mediocre and does not reflect the traditional Greek cuisine in terms of quality and style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in the centre, close the all the restaurants and shops, so very happy with the location.
First day we’ve arrived the receptionist was not welcoming at all, we paid for a room with double bed and we received 2 beds attached one to the other, very uncomfortable. I asked the reception to change the bed, or give me another room and they said that they will change the bed the next day. The next day, they’ve only changed the mattress and still had 2 beds. I complained again at the reception and they finally have me another room with a double bed, the guy from the reception was very nice and polite.( it was a different one from the first day)
The second room was on, very small but nice and clean.
The breakfast buffet is very limited, didn’t have many choices but the food is ok.
The staff from the bar is very friendly
I guess I would recommend it mainly for the location, definitely not for the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a good location for your vacation in Zakynthos Island. There are many tour programs for Navagion beach and blue caves near this hotel. And cozy and good atmosphere bar. Very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a very central location -especially during Easter holidays, as all the events are taking place around the hotel area-. The breakfast buffet was suprisingly very good and it included traditional dishes and desserts and relatively big variety. The traditional (Easter) red-dyed eggs are standing out, along with the greek pies ;)
The family rooms are very spacious and comfy. The rooms are very clean. The rooms with view of the city/mountain are not very ideal, as the balcony is close to other balconies. However, the rooms with sea view must be worth it, as the square is right down your feet and behind that is the sea.
Be aware that there is no private parking available at the hotel and it can be very hard to find parking space around the hotel.
The staff was polite and well-informed about what's available around the area.
