★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα για ένα προιον που έχουν στο σαιτ, μου λένε ότι θα το φέρουν συγκεκριμένη ημέρα 2 μέρες μετά, άφησα στοιχεία αν και είπαν ότι δεν χρειάζεται διότι θέλουν να το στοκάρουν. Πηγαίνω την ημέρα που μου είπαν και αφου περιμένω κανα τέταρτο μέσα στο μαγαζί μέχρι να τελειώσει μια προσωπική χαμηλόφωνη συζήτηση με τον προηγούμενο πελάτη, με ενημερώνουν ότι δεν το έχουν φέρει χωρίς φυσικά να με ειδοποιήσουν να μην περάσω. Προσπαθήσανε εν συνεχεία να με πείσουν να αγοράσω ότι υπήρχε διαθέσιμο στο μαγαζί 50% πιο ακριβό. Απαράδεκτοι, το χειρότερο της αλυσίδας.
I called for a product that they have on the site, they tell me that they will bring it on a specific day 2 days later, I left information although they said that it is not needed because they want to stock it. I go the day they told me and after I wait a quarter in the store until a personal low-key conversation with the previous customer ends, they inform me that they have not brought it without of course notifying me not to pass. They then tried to persuade me to buy what was available in the store 50% more expensive. Unacceptable, the worst of the chain.

The service is impeccable and courteous! The children are fully trained and guide you in choosing the right product.
I would not ask for anything more.
