Alegria Villas - Vasilikos (St. Nickolas Beach Next to St Nicholas Beach

We spent 10 fantastic days in one the Alegria villas. Great location close to the beach, private pool which kids enjoyed the most during our holidays, lovely, stylish villa and very friendly and dedicated owner. Place was very clean and comfy, staff was very polite. We enjoyed every minute of our holidays and we rate our choice 10/10, especially in times of coronavirus. Would like to thank you very much to Lia, the owner, for delivering things I forgot to take back with me. Fantastic, warm person! Recommend to everyone! We miss Alegria already!

Awesome place, worth the price :) We stayed in one of the villa. The house is very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and lovely decorated. Plus terrace, barbecue corner and private swimming pool giving you the perfect spot to relax. Located ina quiet area, just 5 min walk from nice and sandy beach. The Ower is such a nice and helpful Lady, dedicated to the clients. We had a flight in the evening and she let us to use the villa for the whole extra day so that we didn't have to move all the stuff to the common area. We really apreciated it :) I totally recommend Alegria Villas!

Such amazing hospitality and amazing villas! Our stay started with recommendations of places to eat as well as beaches to go to. If you want a relaxing retreat definitely stay here!!!!!!

Photos do not do Zakinthos or Alegria Villas justice! The sunny olive grove country side was quiet and relaxed, and the villa our group stayed in easily accommodated 6 adults. Multiple famous beaches, authentic greek restaurants, and shops are within 1km of Alegria. Lia went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, making recommendations on restaurants and coordinating taxis across the island. We cannot wait to return and continue to explore Zakinthos!

Just got back from a fantastic stay at Alegria Villas. Lia was an excellent host with outstanding local knowledge. She made several recommendations for us while we were staying there which turned out great. The villa itself was exactly as described on the website, beautiful, spacious, clean and well provisioned, with a great location near local beaches and amenities but far enough away to feel private. Our stay was very relaxing and exactly what we were after, with absolutely no hassle or fuss. Would 100% stay there again.

These villas are truly excellent, well equipped, spacious, air conditioned and just 5 minutes walk from a fantastic sandy beach! My wife, our 2 children, their 2 wives and 2 grandchildren stayed in an independent villa for 2 and a half weeks, with private swimming pool, from late September to early October 2021 and we couldn’t have been happier! The weather or course was amazing, and the sea water super warm, but also the personal attention provided by us by Alegria Villas and in particular by Lia was simply wonderful! They looked after us really well, catering for our every need and advising us on where to eat locally, which beaches to visit and where the best local bakers are for delicious fresh bread! In fact, after trying several really great beaches, the best one of all is just 5 minutes walk from the villa - gently sloping and therefore really safe for children, sandy, with transparent water and great snorkeling on the rocks at one end of the beach! We even came across turtles there on 2 consecutive days, swimming with them and loving the experience! We will certainly return to Alegria Villas, and cannot recommend these villas highly enough! If you choose them, you won’t be disappointed! They are everything you could hope for and even more! We enjoyed every single day and we can’t wait to come back!

The very best!! Stayed in this villa on a friends trip to Greece and we could not have been happier with our stay. Plenty of space for everyone and the villa itself is just gorgeous with stone walls, stained glass, and homey details! 5 minute walk to the beach with multiple beaches to choose from. Local restaurant recommendations from our host were some of the best food we’ve ever had!! Do not hesitate to book this villa and kick back in your private pool?

I don’t even know how to put into words how amazing our experience was. From the comfortable airport shuttle, to the spacious and well decorated villa, our stay was perfection. Lia and Dimitri’s hospitality is unmatched, and they went out of their way to arrange taxis and provide excellent restaurant recommendations. If you decide you want to venture away from your own private pool, anything you could possibly need is only steps away. Nearby are some of the best beaches Zakynthos has to offer. It is no exaggeration when I say this is the best accommodation I have ever experienced. STAY HERE!!!
