È situata a poca distanza ( 10 minuti a piedi) dalla magnifica spiaggia di Gerakas dove le tartarughe vengono a deporre le uova. Tutto ciò che viene presentato sul sito delle ville ( sono due ville gemelle) corrisponde a realtà. Molto attenti e premurosi i proprietari e fantastica la collaboratrice domestica Aphrodite, per non parlare dei manicaretti greci offerti dalla mamma di Spyros! Speriamo tutti di tornarci presto. We stayed in this villa for 6 people. The villa is splendid and well equipped, in a private and quiet location. It is located a short distance (10 minutes walk) from the magnificent Gerakas beach where the turtles come to lay their eggs. Everything that is presented on the villas website (they are two twin villas) corresponds to reality. The owners are very attentive and caring and the housekeeper Aphrodite is fantastic, not to mention the Greek dishes offered by Spyros' mother! We all hope to return soon.

The owner approached us by himself and offered to fully refund our deposit because "health is more important than money". That behavior cannot be taken for granted. I am sure the property meets the same high standards.

Luxurious but also homely, fully equipped, with great pool, in a quiet place, walk distance to beautiful sandy beach, many taverns and restaurants. The hosts are very nice, took care of us, cooked for us, were helpful with everything. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return.
S	Sarah Gold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just spent a fabulous week in Spyros’ villa. Everything was perfect, like a 5 stars hôtel. I can’t stop to thank Spyros and Myrsini for their warmed hospitality. The communication was super easy ( Spyros created a whatsapp group) and Myrsini helped us a lot to find the best spot of Zakhintos. This luxury villa is beautiful, decorated with a lot of style, close to a gorgeous beach ( Geradas/ 10 mn walk), in a lovely garden with a private pool, 20 mn from Zante ( you need a car). There are several areas to eat or chill outside. We had housekeeping everyday, and the villa was perfectly equipped: AC everywhere, TV, soundbar, very well fitted kitchen with all appliances you need and food ( thanks again for the welcome basket:) toiletries, towels ( they changed it)... We had a wonderful time with my family and I would strongly recommend this luxury villa! We will definitevely come back! Thank you again for everything

We have been going to Greece for many years now and I can easily say as far as accommodation and hospitality concerns this was our best yet. The an faulted service started before we even arrived on the island. We had to change the dates several time due to passport issue and Spyros the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much or not possible when it come to this villa. There are many reviews on the villa which really captures the 5 stars experience and service. Many thanks to Spyros his helpers and special thanks to house keeper Aphrodite who made our stay ever more amazing. Asher, Andrea & Eden.
j	joostscheepers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been in villa nr. 2 in the beginning of May. The villa is situated in Gerakas app. 500m (5 - 10 min walk) from the beach in a quiet surrounding. The pool is not heated but was not very cold, the kids loved to play in it while we relaxed near the pool on the comfortable sun beds. The villa has a warm atmosphere and has three spacious bedrooms with each it's own bathroom. The living room is spacious as well. The kitchen is very complete with modern equipment (oven, nespresso, toaster, etc.). Furthermore there was a welcome surprise with fresh fruit, bread, wine, beers, etc.. Everyday Aphrodite comes cleaning. She is very kind and polite. During the week "Mama" Sophia also came twice. The first time with homemade food which was delicious. The other day she brought homemade olive oil. Everybody was very helpful and kind. We really felt welcome. It was great! We can really recommend this lovely luxury villa to everyone!
