β β β β β A excellent set of villas situated on a tranquil and beautiful part of the island of Zakynthos.
Centrally located close to some of the nicest beaches on the island (Gerakas, Banana and St. Nick). While you can walk to two beaches (10 min) I do recommend a car hire to fully enjoy the island of you are staying for more than 1 week.
The villas were extremely spacious and super well built. The units were extent clean and very well stocked.
The bonus of these villas is that Joanna and her family are exceptional hosts. They give excellent recommendations for Island activities and take much pride in Zakynthos tourism hospitality.

β β β β β Had my first Holiday here in 2014, my daughter was 11 weeks old Joanna and her family/team could not do enough to accommodate us ... Lovely place can't wait to go back this year. Would definitely recommend.

Late taxi.
Dog in the second floor didnt stop
Unclean bed sheets.
Unclean white towels with black spots
Houses have a bad nasty smell coming from a humid stone houses u cannot stand to enter for 10 mns.
Toilets need to be renovated
We ordered car seat for my 10 months old baby they delivered a nasty and super used one. The baby crib and high chair are super old and used.
Eventually with all of this we didnt get to sleep there and changed the hotel but after so many emails they didnt refund any of the money we previously paid nor even apologize.
Its not that we didnt visit any of other hotels in the island, lithies farm is a great option vasilikos hotels too.

β β β β β Great place, peaceful and quiet surrounded by olive trees. Joanna is an extremely welcoming host. Her daughter has a restaurant withing a walking distance through the olive trees for a very reasonable price!
