O apartamento no geral é razoável mas, por exmplo a casa de banho poderia estar melhor arranjada e a cozinha melhor preparada, tinha o básico do básico. A internet WiFi era fraca e com falhas, pelo que só funcionava em algumas partes do apartamento. No entanto, as piscinas eram boas. Service and communication were good. The apartment in general is reasonable but, for example, the bathroom could be better arranged and the kitchen better prepared, it had the basics of the basics. The WiFi internet was weak and faulty, so it only worked in some parts of the apartment. However the pools were nice.
T	Tomasz Miśkiewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Czyste i zadbane miejsce, ogromną ilość kwiatów i zieleni, codziennie pielęgnowana i doglądaja. Na terenie znajdują się dwa duże baseny każdy z oddzielonym miejscem dla dziecię (Brodzik) co jest super sprawą! Jedyny minus - pierwszy "dolny" basen ma bardzo szorstką powierzchnię i moje dzieciaki starły sobie do krwi paluszki u stóp, małemu na to uważać. Dodatkowo przy każdym basenie jest bar a przy górnym również restauracja i prysznice. Co do pokoi to są bardzo czyste, sprzątane 6 dni w tyg, czyste ręczniki, pościel, podłoga. Jeśli chodzi o czystość to 5+!? Jedna gwiazdka mniej za to, że (przynajmniej mój pokój) na 4 osoby to tak szczerze jest za mały 3 to max. Ogólnie polecam :) A clean and tidy place, a huge amount of flowers and greenery, cared for and looked after every day. There are two large swimming pools on the premises, each with a separate area for children (Paddling pool), which is a great thing! The only downside - the first "bottom" pool has a very rough surface and my kids rubbed their toes to the blood, watch out for that. Additionally, by each pool there is a bar and at the upper one there is also a restaurant and showers. As for the rooms, they are very clean, cleaned 6 days a week, clean towels, bedding, floor. When it comes to cleanliness it's 5+! ? One star less for the fact that (at least my room) for 4 people is honestly too small 3 is max. Overall, I recommend it :)

K	Klaudia Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is perfect! good location : - near the beach - near Chania - grocerystores everywhere - restaurants everywhere clean rooms: - everything was clean - the maid comes everyday - none insects food: - fresh - delicious - much selection staff: - kind - always saying hello - helpful extra mention: - one day we got fresh vegetables in our room (fresh from the field) thank you for that :) - family friendly! I would totally recommend this hotel it was so beautiful and I will come again! :) Theres nothing bad about it!
