V	Viktoria Erm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορα! εκλεισα για μια νυχτα στα μεσα Ιουλιου , ολα καλα, με ρωτουσε αν θα το ακυρωσω... οχι φυσικα απο μερους μου... περνανε μερες και περνω τηλεφωνο για να εξακριβωσω με σιγουρια την κρατηση , και μου λεει εχω διπλοκρατηση να βρουμε αλλο ξενοδοχειο να μας κρατησει για να κρατησει αυτους... η οποια τοσες μερες ουτε επερνε τηλεφωνο να μας ενημερωσει η ιδια απο πιο πριν... μας κρεμασε κανονικοτατα... ανηθικες συμπεριφορες και αντιεπαγγελματικες.. φυσικα και βρηκαμε εναν "ανθρωπο" σωστο κ ηθικο και μας κρατησε μια νυχτα!... μεγαλη προσοχη... μην μεινετε στο δρομο απο κατι τετοιους αντιεπαγγελματιες... unacceptable behavior! I closed for one night in mid-July, all right, he was asking me if I would cancel it ... of course not on my part ... days pass and I call to check the reservation with confidence, and he tells me I have a double reservation to find another hotel to book us to keep them ... which for so many days did not even have a phone to inform us in advance ... hung us normally ... immoral and unprofessional behaviors .. of course we found a "man" right and moral and he kept us overnight! ... great care ... do not stay on the street from such unprofessional ...

Πολυ κακή εξυπηρέτηση από θέμα προσωπικού, δυσκολευτικαμε παρα πολυ στην επικοινωνία , μας κάλεσαν να μας ρωτήσουν τι ώρα θα κάνουμε checkin και όταν ήρθε εκείνη η ώρα, περιμεναμε 40 λεπτά στην ζέστη με τις βαλίτσες να έρθει κάποιος να μας δώσει τα κλειδιά ή να μας πει πιο είναι το δωμάτιο μας,χωρις να μας σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο,τελικά 1 ώρα περιπου αργότερα επικοινώνησαν και μας είπαν πιο είναι το δωμάτιο μας! 3 stars mainly for the room, which was very comfortable and clean.
