Early breakfast (7:00) when we went to the airport was problem. I payed it but we went hungry.

One of the worst hotels I've ever visit

Nice rooms and staff. Relaxing area and very good view. Good place and nice clean interior.

Positive: good air condition. Negative: below average breakfast.

Positive: It is located on the main street, near supermarkets, cafes and taverns, but extremely noisy and agitated area. There is a close-by parking and the beach is minutes away. The rooms are nice, simple and clean, but the electricity is available only with a card tied to your room key, so everytime you leave the room it turns off and all the occupants of one room depend on that one key so it's harder to organize time apart (you need to stay together to enter and exit, you can't leave the AC open, you can't charge your phone while you're away, no plug works). The staff is nice, especially Manolis, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful, speaks excellent English and can recommend and organize any trip for you on the island. There is also breakfast available but i don't recommend it, it is extremely poor.. Negative: Our AC could not be adjusted on the fan swing, so the cold air would be on us during the night, making it hard to use and incredibly hot if stopped. So make sure you check the AC on check-in. The area is extremely noisy and the windows are not soundproof, you can barely rest in the morning from the noise, don't recommend it if you want to rest. There is only one key per room and the electricity depends on it, it is extremely uncomfortable to organize time together. The breakfast is extremely poor, we regret buying it, i don't recommend it, there are a lot of options near the Hotel..

Positive: Hotel I placed very close to the beach, decent and clean, and the owner all the time with a smile on the lips, very friendly and helpful all the time! Although I had valuable things in the room, I did not use the safe, nothing disappeared, so honest people. For those who want a cheap, quiet and clean hotel, I recommend this hotel!.

Positive: The staff were friendly although not great cleaners of the room. The proximity to some good restaurants and the beach. Bed was ok although not exactly luxury pillows. Good aircon. If you just want a place to sleep you're in!. Negative: View from room (supposedly garden which was a brick wall), mossie infested garden area surrounding pool which needed cutting back, no pool bar, no hotel bar, no plunge pool, no kettle or cups in room on arrival and no teabags/coffee supplied (one green teabag each all holiday), shower gel dispenser 5 foot away from shower, no gym that we could see (no signs for it), the whole place, including the swimming pool needs a makeover with plants covering the windows making the whole hotel very dark. After travelling from 4am in the morning and arriving at approx 4pm in the afternoon we were immediately given a talk on what excursions were available which we had already sorted ourselves. We were offered 4 euros per day each provided we had breakfast every day and we had to decide within a couple of hours, otherwise it would have been 6 euro pd. It didn't look anything special. Basically we didn't spend much time there because we couldn't stay by the pool, we weren't allowed to bring food and drink there but the pool bar was not open and there were so many ants and mossies. It would have been quite depressing had we not had a busy agenda elsewhere..

Positive: The staff was very friendly and supportive. We would have liked to stay longer at this warm and welcoming place. The location is brillant, Chania is only a milestone away by public bus or car. Breakfast is yummy! Interesting trips available to book..
