M	Martin Hallberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phaedra hotel is awesome for a family stay. The location is great and the staff is great. You get great service and the manager is very responsive. The pool is one of the best I experienced in a resort and we got a perfect apartment ground floor. We stayed for 11 days and the only complaint was that it was to hot a few days:).

Amazing sea view, right on the beach, for a chill and laid back holiday, something very much needed these days. The beach was pristine! The owner and the staff super cool, we got a present on check out - local extra vergin oil, hotel is having great pool on the beach and also a very nice book library with books in different languages to choose from. The best choice for relaxing holiday and at the same time close to many places to visit. Will definitely come back!

We totally recommend it if you are traveling with children. The kid’s pool and the sandy beach in front are ideal for the little ones. Unfortunately we stayed there only for one night. If in the area again we will definitely stay there..

Nikos, the owner is so hospitable smiling all the times and answering all questions. Everything was explained in the e-mail that we got before journey and pictures match what you get. The area is perfectly calm but still there are lot of eating options nearby. I highly recommend!. Negative: Nothing.

The hotel has a pool and is also close to the beach. A plus wa the hotel bar which can alos fix some nice cocktails and snacks. There is something for everyone at Phaedra Hotel.
N	N K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience! Visited this place whith my wife and our kid 1,5 year old . We felt safe all the time and Mr Nikos from the reception helped us a lot! As Georgia from the poolbar! Super clean and that is very important for us . Our room was between the beach and the pool!

The place is very clean and nice, and Nikos is very hard worker, pay attention to the client needs and is very helpful person which made our vacation with a 5month baby one of the best place. Thank you very much!

Everything was just perfect, rooms were very clean and well equipped, fast WiFi, separated AC units in each room, pool located basically on the beach, sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach and the pool, great pool bar, nearest supermarket is about 100m from the hotel, plenty of restaurants in the area… but that’s not all, what our family loved the most is the hotel family like atmosphere, and the hosts: Nikos and Georgia, they are very warm, polite, kind, helpful and professional at the same time. Nikos helped us with finding great car rental company, arranging taxi and anything else we needed, Gorgia is making the best drinks and food at the pool bar. In general there was nothing we didn’t liked, one of the best holidays we ever had, I would recommend this place to everyone and if we will visit Crete again, we will stay in Phaedra Hotel again.
