Awesome service. Waiting for 2 months to replace a faulty phone. Select a different vendor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς προμηθεύτηκα ένα τηλεφωνικό κέντρο με συσκευές και με εγκατάσταση απο την ALLVOIP. Τον κύριο Τσακμάκη τον έβρισκα στο τηλέφωνο μέχρι την πληρωμή που έγινε κατά την εγκατάσταση. Έκτοτε αναμένουμε ακόμα τα παραστατικά, τις εγγυήσεις, τις οδηγίες χρήσης στα Ελληνικά κτλ... Η άποψή μας για την επιχείρηση είναι 100% ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΗ.
Unfortunately, I got a call center with devices and installed by ALLVOIP. I found Mr. Tsakmakis on the phone until payment was made during the installation. Since then we are still waiting for the documents, guarantees, instructions for use in Greek etc ... Our opinion of the company is 100% REFUSED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, it was a very bad decision to purchase voip equipment from that business.
They were rarely available to support me, and when they were, they did not support me effectively.
I bought a device that i did not use afterall, cause i couldn't set it up alone.
It was a waste of time and money.
I will definitely not return to them.
