Με χαμόγελο και υπομονή δόθηκε λύση σε ένα σοβαρό για μένα πρόβλημα αλλά από ότι αποδείχθηκε εύκολα διαχειρίσιμο από το κατάστημα. Σας ευχαριστώ. V	Vorrios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει αρνητική βαθμολογία αγόρασα συσκευή κινητού και την επέστρεψα την επόμενη ημέρα σε άρτια κατάσταση , γιατί δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά ζήτησα να μου δωσουν μια άλλη συσκευή όχι ίδια πληρώνοντας την διαφορά αν υπάρχει η’ να αγόραζα κάποιο άλλο προϊόν τους ( π.χ τρεις καρτες wind ) ο υπεύθυνος του καταστήματος αρνήθηκε , επιπλέον μου έδωσε ένα χαρτι να υπογράψω που να γράφει ότι ζητάω την επισκευή του , ενώ δεν ήταν αυτή η απαίτηση μου , όταν είπα δεν υπογράφω το συγκεκριμένο έγγραφο μου είπε ότι έκανε λάθο και το συγκεκριμένο είναι όταν πας μια συσκευή για σερβις και ότι μπερδεύτηκε στο τέλος είπε θα περιμένω ποτέ θα με πάρει τηλ Για να μου πει αν εχει πρόβλημα ...προφανώς και θα κάνω επώνυμη καταγγελία στην προστασία του καταναλωτή έχω βγάλει φωτογραφίες από όλες τις αποδείξεις και του ίδιου κινητού και των παρελκομένων του συν και το serial number τους . Οι υπόλοιποι υπάλληλοι ήταν ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί , αν δεν είχε γίνει το συγκεκριμένο γεγονός η άποψη μου θα ήταν διαφορετική για το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα . Unfortunately there is no negative rating I bought a mobile device and returned it the next day in perfect condition, because it did not work properly I asked to be given another device not the same paying the difference if there is or to buy another product (eg three cards wind) the store manager refused, in addition he gave me a paper to sign that says I ask for its repair, while this was not my requirement, when I said I do not sign the specific document he told me that he made a mistake and this is when you go a service device and that he was confused in the end he said I will wait he will never call me To tell me if he has a problem ... obviously and I will make a branded complaint to the consumer protection I have taken photos of all the receipts of the same mobile phone and accessories plus their serial number. The other employees were very kind and helpful, if this had not happened, my opinion would have been different for this store.

E	Efie Mygdanalevrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικοί μεν για τα απολύτως απαραίτητα..... τίποτα περισσότερο....δε στέλνουν συνήθως στο τηλέφωνο της wind για κάτι πιο ειδικό.....δεν φταίνε οι υπάλληλοι.....είναι πολιτική της εταιρείας Polite for the absolutely necessary ..... nothing more .... they do not usually send to wind's phone for something more special ..... it is not the employees' fault ..... it is the company's policy
