Ν	Νίκη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά. Είχα ενημερωθεί πλήρως τηλεφωνικά για άνοιγμα λογαριασμού μισθοδοσίας και η αναμονή ήταν ελάχιστη. Flawless service, fast and efficient. I was fully informed by phone about opening a payroll account and the wait was minimal.

Πήγα να ανοίξω λογαριασμό μισθοδοσίας μου επέβαλαν να χρησιμοποιήσω νέο email η κάρτα δεν ήρθε ποτέ δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ στο τηλέφωνο δεν μου εξήγησαν τίποτα σχετικά με όσες απορίες είχα αντίθετα μου έφαγαν έναν ολόκληρο μήνα να περιμένω χωρίς καμία ανταπόκριση .... Μην εμπιστεύεστε την συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα ... Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα δεν είναι λειτουργικό ούτε διαθέτει τους κατάλληλους εξειδικευμένους ανθρώπους αντίθετα θα έλεγα . Μετάνιωσα που δεν επέλεξα άλλη τράπεζα καθώς θα είχε τακτοποιηθεί το απλό ζήτημα μου σε μια ημέρα. Worst on all levels. I went to open a payroll account, they forced me to use a new email, the card never came, they never answered the phone, they never explained anything to me about all the questions I had, instead they ate me for a whole month to wait without any answer .... Do not trust this bank ... This particular store is not functional nor does it have the right specialized people on the contrary I would say. I regretted not choosing another bank as my simple issue would have been settled in one day.

Δεν γνωρίζουν καθόλου τις διαδικασίες και προσπαθούν να εκφοβίσουν τους πελάτες ότι θα χρεωθούν για την οποιαδήποτε συναλλαγή ή έκδοση κάρτας ή έκδοση ηλεκτρονικού e-banking. ΠΑΡΤΕ ΤΑ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ ΣΑΣ ΑΠΟ ΕΚΕΙ - ΘΑ ΤΑ ΧΑΣΕΤΕ !!!!! Ευτυχώς υπάρχει και η Eurobank που δίνει καλύτερα επιτόκια και στις προθεσμιακές !!!!!!!! The employees are all rude and gossip about the customers !!!!! They do not know the procedures at all and try to intimidate the customers that they will be charged for any transaction or card issuance or electronic e-banking issue. GET YOUR MONEY FROM THERE - YOU WILL LOSE IT !!!!! Fortunately, there is also Eurobank that gives better interest rates on futures !!!!!!!!

Εκτος του οτι βαριούνται να κανουν τη δουλεια τους και σου λενε πως δεν υπαρχει καταγεγραμμένο ραντεβου με το ονομα σου, προσπαθούν να σε κλέψουν παρουσιάζοντας σου δήθεν απαραιτητα προγράμματα σε συνδυασμό με την έκδοση χρεωστικής κάρτας. Εφυγα και δεν μου εδωσαν ουτε το iban μου ουτε το username και τους κωδικους μου λεγοντας μου πως θα μου ερθουν αργοτερα σε μειλ το οποιο δεν ηρθε ΠΟΤΕ. Επισης οι υπάλληλοι ηταν αγενέστατοι και τσακώνονταν μεταξυ τους φωνάζοντας μπροστα σε ολους. Απαραδεκτο κατάστημα και γενικως πολυ κακη εξυπηρέτηση η συγκεκριμενη τραπεζα. Poor and unacceptable service. Apart from the fact that they are bored to do their job and tell you that there is no registered appointment with your name, they try to steal you by presenting supposedly necessary programs in combination with the issuance of a debit card. I left and they did not give me either my iban or my username and passwords telling me that they would come to me later in an email which NEVER came. The employees were also rude and quarreled with each other shouting in front of everyone. Unacceptable store and generally very poor service this bank.
i	ivanova ivanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση ,δεν είχε μεγάλη αναμονή,ευγενικός ο ταμίας ,μου πρότειναν λύσεις για εναλλακτικούς τρόπους πληρωμής.Επισης με ενημέρωσαν για πρόγραμμα προστασίας της κάρτας και προσωπικών αντικειμένων μου ,κάτι που δεν γνώριζα ότι υπήρχε και το θεωρώ πολύ χρήσιμο. Excellent service, did not have long to wait, polite cashier, they offered me solutions for alternative payment methods. They also informed me about a program to protect my card and personal belongings, something I did not know existed and I consider it very useful.

B	Babouri Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service for an established bank , the management should look into this branch employees behavior and people skills low customer service , the moment you enter you feel you owe them money , or they are smelling something nasty , no explanation or support or any service , I have been in other branches and it was very much better . It won't hurt you to do your job properly.
