★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση από την "εξυπηρέτηση ιδιωτών" ! Μόνο οι μεγαλοκαταθετες χρήζουν εξυπηρέτησης? Αν δεν σας αρέσει η δουλειά σας να μένετε σπίτια σας το πρωί. Εμείς δεν σας φταίμε κάτι που προσπαθούμε να εξυπηρετηθουμε.
Unacceptable "Private Serving"! Only large depositors need service; If you don't like your job staying home in the morning. We don't blame you for trying to serve us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο ώρες περιμένουν, ηλικιωμένοι που στέκονται έξω.
Ζητούν ραντεβού και δεν σας λένε πώς να λάβετε το ραντεβού. Ο επόπτης δεν ήθελε να ανοίξει νέο λογαριασμό γιατί δεν μιλούσα ελληνικά, αυτό είναι ρατσιστικό. Σε 30 λεπτά άνοιξα έναν λογαριασμό στην Alpha Bank online.
Two hours of waiting, elderly people standing outside.
They ask for an appointment and do not tell you how to get the appointment. The supervisor did not want to open a new account because I did not speak Greek, this is racist. In 30 minutes I opened an account at Alpha Bank online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα εκτάκτως το παράρτημα Παρασκευή 21/1/2022 και ώρα 13.20 μετά από μπλοκάρισμα των κωδικών και των καρτών μου χωρις να έχω καθόλου λεφτά και τρόπο να κάνω ανάληψη. Ήμουν χωρις ραντεβού και αφού μοιράστηκα το πρόβλημα με εξυπηρέτησαν γρήγορα και με ευγένεια. Μια πολύ θετική εμπειρία από τράπεζα και υπαλλήλους.
I visited the branch on Friday 21/1/2022 at 13.20 after blocking my codes and cards without having any money and no way to withdraw. I was without an appointment and after I shared the problem they served me quickly and politely. A very positive experience from a bank and employees.
