Βγάλαμε δάνειο στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα κ η κα Κοντοθανάση κ η κα Καραμίχαλου μας εξυπηρέτησαν, συμβούλευσαν σαν να ημασταν δικοί τους άνθρωποι. Φοβερές γνώσεις των τραπεζικων προϊόντων κ ξέρουμε ότι ανά πάσα στιγμή είναι εκεί για εμάς. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Γιατί οι άνθρωποι κάνουν την διαφορά.
The best service we could get from a bank. We took out a loan in this store and Ms. Kontothanasi and Ms. Karamihalou served us, advised as if we were their own people. Awesome knowledge of banking products and we know that it is there for us at all times. Thank you very much! Because people make a difference.

Now I want to say that the employees have changed. It is much better. I learned that the bank has a new CEO. Maybe that's why.

Είναι μέσα 4 άτομα για το ταμείο και το μηχάνημα μένει αχρησιμοποίητο. Δεν βγαίνει κάνεις υπάλληλος να ρωτήσει εάν κάποιος έχει ραντεβού ή εάν κάποιος θέλει να χρησιμοποιήσει το μηχανημα. Είναι απλή λογική ότι κάτι δεν πάει καλά... Αν βαριεστε ή αν δεν μπορείτε να καταλάβετε γιατί είναι λάθος αυτό καλύτερα να δώσετε τις θέσεις εργασίας σας σε ανθρώπους που έχουν όρεξη για δουλειά και μπορούν να κατανοήσουν τα βασικά.
The store accepts up to 4 people inside.
There are 4 people inside for the cash register and the machine remains unused. An employee does not come out to ask if anyone has an appointment or if someone wants to use the machine. It's simple logic that something is wrong ... If you are bored or can not understand why it is wrong it is better to give your jobs to people who have an appetite for work and can understand the basics.
