M	Martha Tsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ενεργοποίησαν και με χρέωσαν για μια ασφάλεια κλοπής χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν καν .. την χρεωστική καρτα που υποθετικά έπρεπε να την έχω λάβει στις 5-7 εργάσιμες δεν έχω λάβει κι έχει περάσει σχεδόν έναν μήνας! Άλλα σου λέει ο ένας υπάλληλος άλλα ο άλλος.. πέρα του ότι είναι η μόνη τράπεζα που πληρώνεις για να χρησιμοποιείς την εφαρμογή τους ! Ότι χειρότερο !!!! Αν δεν ήταν λογαριασμός μισθοδοσίας δεν θα άνοιγα ποτέ και για κανέναν στη συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα ! They activated me and charged me for a theft insurance without even informing me .. the debit card that I supposedly should have received in 5-7 working days I have not received and it has been almost a month! One employee tells you other than the other ... apart from the fact that it is the only bank you pay to use their application! The worst !!!! If it were not for a payroll account I would never have opened it for anyone in that particular bank!

Ευγενικοί στην εξυπηρέτηση, αλλά αναποτελεσματικοί στις λύσεις και όπως συμβαίνει πάντα στη χώρα αυτή πάντα φταίει κάποιος άλλος, με πρώτο πρώτο το Σύστημα. They never pick up the phone, but do not go outside either. Polite in service, but inefficient in solutions and as always happens in this country, someone else is always to blame, with the System first.
