★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αναμονή 50 λεπτών έξω από το κατάστημα, με τα ταμεία όλο αυτό το διάστημα χωρίς κόσμο.
Ευτυχώς που βγήκε τυχαία κάποια κυρία έξω και ενημέρωσε το διευθυντή ( ΑΞΙΟΣ), να μας ανοίξει την πόρτα. Στο διάστημα αυτό είχαν βγει 6 άτομα έξω. Μπράβο τους. Μάλλον προσπαθούν να το κλείσουν το κατάστημα. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ.
Δεν θα πούμε για το τηλέφωνο. Δεν απαντούν για ώρες ολόκληρες.
 Waiting 50 minutes outside the store, with the cash registers all this time without people.
Fortunately, a lady came out by chance and informed the manager (AXIOS) to open the door for us. During this time 6 people had come out. Well done for them. They are probably trying to close the store. UNACCEPTABLE.
We will not talk about the phone. They do not answer for hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είστε η χειρότερη τράπεζα που υπάρχει περνουμε τηλέφωνο από τις 10.30 το πρωι εχει παει κοντα 14.00 και σε 3 καταστήματα που περνουμε τηλ για να κλείσουμε ραντεβού δεν σηκώνει καμια τράπεζα το τηλ για να κλείσουμε ραντεβού πραγματικά....είστε όλοι για δρομο ...απο κει μεσα ...βολεμένοι.....μακάρι να γίνουν όλα ιδιωτικά στην Ελλάδα μπας και στρώσετε χαρακτήρα ολοι
You are the worst bank that exists, we call from 10.30 in the morning, it has gone close to 14.00 and in 3 stores where we call to make an appointment, no bank picks up the phone to make an appointment really .... you are all on the road ... from there ... comfortable ..... I hope everything becomes private in Greece, come in and make a character for everyone

Ένα δύο άτομα είναι ευγενικοί και εξυπηρέτικοι....
Απαράδεκτο να περιμένουμε σαν τα ζώα...
Lots of hassle, waiting hours, a fund.
One or two people are polite and helpful ....
It is unacceptable to wait like animals ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι πιο άχρηστοι που υπάρχουν!!Παίρνεις τηλέφωνο τρεις μέρες σερί και δεν το σηκώνει κανένας!!Ούτε από την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών δεν μπορούν να σε συνδέσουν!!!Απλά απαράδεκτοι!!!
The most useless ones that exist !! You get a phone call three days in a row and no one picks it up !! Not even from customer service can they connect you !!! Just unacceptable !!!
