Μετά από 1:30' που περιμέναμε έξω μέχρι να έρθει η σειρά μας, μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν για εταιρικό λογαριασμό με την ταυτότητα αλλά έπρεπε να έχουμε μαζί μας το διαβατήριο. Όταν τους είπαμε να πάει ο ενας συνέταιρος να το φέρει αρνήθηκαν κ πάλι. Βγαίνοντας εξω είδαμε ότι έχουμε ξεχάσει την σφραγίδα μας μέσα, χτυπησαμε το τζαμί για να μας ανοίξουν να τη πάρουμε κ απαξιωσαν να μας κοιτάξουν, πόσο μάλλον να μας ανοίξουν. Τελικά χωρίς να μας μιλήσουν καν την έστειλαν εξω με άλλο πελάτη . Δεν μας άξιζε καν η ευγένεια να τη φέρουν οι ίδιοι. Τελικά αναγκαστήκαμε να πάμε σε άλλο υποκατάστημα, σε άλλο δήμο για μας ενημερώσουν ότι μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί οποιοδήποτε νόμιμο έγγραφο και να μας εξυπηρετήσουν κανονικα .Ευχαριστούμε alpha bank. Unacceptable !!! After 1:30 'we waited outside until it was our turn, we were told that they could not serve us on a corporate account with the ID but we had to have our passport with us. Τα φιλιά μου! ένας gold όπως με κατηγοριοποίησαν business πελάτης λιγότερος! It is no coincidence that all my associates work with all the other banks except Alpha. Kisses! a gold as they categorized me as a business customer less!
N	Nik Tik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειροτερο καταστημα. Εκανα αιτηση για ραντεβου Δευτερα και μετα απο τηλεφωνο μου με ειδοποιησαν Παρασκευη τελικα οτι δεν μπορω να εξυπηρετηθω για τον Χ λογο. Δεν με ενδιαφερει το οτι δεν τους επιστρεπει η πολιτικη τους να γινει η δουλεια μου. Με ενοχλει που εκαναν μια εβδομαδα να μου απαντησουν ενω θα μπορουσε να ειναι την επομενη μερα ωστε να μην χασω χρονο. Αν πας στο καταστημα πινουν ολοι καφεδακι αδειο απο πελατες . Εγινε και η Alpha bank δημοσια υπηρεσια. Ελλαδισταν στο μεγαλειο του The worst store. Πέραν από την απίστευτη αγένεια δεν ξέρουν ΚΑΝ να κάνουν τη δουλειά τους. Οι άνθρωποι δεν μπορούν να τα πιο απλά δηλαδή απορώ πως καταφέρνουν και βρίσκουν το κατάστημα το πρωί αφού δεν ξέρουν καν τι δουλειά κάνουν Unfortunately a negative rating is not possible. I think the worst by far Alpha bank branch. Apart from the incredible rudeness, they do NOT even know how to do their job. People can not do the simplest, that is, I wonder how they manage to find the store in the morning since they do not even know what work they do
A	Alex Aristeidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστο κατάστημα,έκλεισα ραντεβού πήγα και με είχαν εκεί για να ανοίξω λογαριασμό γιατί από την εφαρμογή κόλλησε η διαδικασία και μετά από χίλια κύματα και ερωτήσεις , απλά έκλεισε πριν τις υπογραφές το τάμπλετ και μου λέει τώρα δεν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι,ελάτε από εβδομάδα. Εγώ είχα πάρει άδεια από δουλειά για να γίνει αυτό, εξυπηρέτηση και ευγένεια -5 αστέρια.Απλα θα πάω σε άλλη τράπεζα . k	kostassol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το πιο αγενές προσωπικό.ενω ημυον στο ταμείο κ περιμενα να κάνω ανάληψη, ξαφνικά ο γκριζομαλης κύριος αποφασίζει ότι ηρθε η ώρα να σταματήσει τη δουλειά του ενώ ακομα η ώρα ήταν 12:30.με κοιτούσε δε μου έλεγε τιπτπα κ μετά από δέκα λεπτά σε ερώτηση μου, μου απαντάει εδώ δεν είμαστε ταμείο να πάτε δίπλα να εξυπηρετηθείτε. Κάτι το οποίο προφανώς δεν ισχύει. Σε ερώτηση μου στην κυρία Ηλιόπουλου που είναι ακριβώς δίπλα, του αν το σημείο εξυπηρετεί η όχι μου αποκρίνεται με υφακι χιλίων καρδιναλιων : ρωτήστε τη διευθύντρια. ΌΧΙ αγάπες μου δε θα, ρωτήσω. Είστε ανίκανοι να έρχεστε σε επαφή με κόσμο και αν δε θέλετε να εξυπηρέτησετε τουλάχιστον μην τους ταλαιπωρείτε. Θα, έχει κ συνέχεια προφανώς η επίσκεψη άμεσα. ? The most rude staff.
