They are lazy as they claim that creating an account takes an hour and they constantly urge me to come to the next business day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ εδώ γράφει ότι λειτουργεί μέχρι τις 3 έξω από το κατάστημα γράφει ότι κλείνει στις 2!! Πόσο δύσκολο είναι να το αλλάξουν για να ξέρει ο κόσμος τι γίνεται;;
While here he writes that he works up to 3 outside the shop he writes that he closes at 2 !! How hard is it to change it so that people know what's going on ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τρίτη 30 Απριλίου ..και το κατάστημα λειτουργεί με ένα υπάλληλο στο ταμείο από το πρωί . Έλεος.. Ντροπή σας ..Είστε για τα πανηγύρια..ο κακομοίρης ο υπάλληλος μασάει σαν την κατσίκα ένα σάντουιτς και εξυπηρετεί ταυτόχρονα.. Μόνο Ελλάδα.. Μόνο.. Ουστ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κριτική για το συγκεκριμένο καταστημα και γενικα για την τραπεζα.
1. Πηγα στο καταστημα σημερα για να βγαλω μια νεα καρτα (γιατι εχει φθορα στο chip η αλλη) και μου ειπε για ραντεβου 9/11(!). Ραντεβου μετα απο σχεδόν μια μιση βδομαδα για έκδοση νεας καρτας! Ξερω οτι γινεται τηλ. κλπ, αλλα ειπα να το κανω απο το καταστημα και να πω τα παραπονα σχετικα με εγγύηση/συναλλαγη σε εκκρεμοτητα απο ενοικιαση αυτοκινητων. Για την καρτα δεν χρειαζετε να δώσω 5 ευρω για νεα εφόσον λειτουργει ανεπαφα/ΑΤΜ ακομα προς το παρον.
2. Για συναλλαγες σε εκκρεμοτητα οπως ειπα κανουν 25 μερες να μπουνε πισω στο διαθεσιμο υπολοιπο επειδη ειναι απο ενοικιαση αυτοκινητων λενε.
3. Πηρα τηλ. σημερα μετα απο το σπιτι για πληρ. σχετικα με την καρτα και για συναλλαγες σε εκκρεμοτητα και μου ειπε οτι θα μου παρει καποιος τηλ. μετα σχετικα με τον λογαριασμο μου. Δεν πηρε κανεις και πηρα εγω μετα απο 3 ωρες για πληρο.. :/ !
Criticism of the specific store and the bank in general.
1. I went to the store today to get a new card (because the other one is damaged on the chip) and he told me about a 9/11 appointment (!). Appointment after almost half a week for the issuance of a new card! I know it is done by phone etc, but I said to do it from the store and to complain about the guarantee / transaction pending car rental. For the card you do not need to give 5 euros for new if it works without contact / ATM still at the moment.
2. For pending transactions as I said it takes 25 days to get back to the available balance because it is from car rental they say.
3. I got a phone call today after home for info. about the card and pending transactions and told me that someone would call me later about my account. Nobody took it and I took it after 3 hours for full ..: /!

Κάθε φορά έχω εξυπηρετηθεί άριστα.
Από το ταμείο, τους υπαλλήλους μέχρι και την διεύθυνση.
Έρχομαι σε αυτό το κατάστημα μετά από τις αποτυχημένες προσπάθειες στο υποκατάστημα της Αργυρούπολης.
Συνήθως δεν έχει πολύ κόσμο.
