★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη συνεργασία. Με ενημέρωσαν πόση προκαταβολή πρέπει να δώσω για την έγκριση του δανείου μου , κάτι το οποίο δεν έκανε καμία Ελληνική τράπεζα.
 Excellent cooperation. I was informed how much down payment I have to give for the approval of my loan, something that no Greek bank did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά απογοητευτική εξυπηρέτηση! Πάνω από 3 μήνες προσπαθούμε να μιλήσουμε με κάποιον υπεύθυνο να μας κατευθύνει και να προχωρήσουμε σε μερική αποπληρωμή του δανείου μας κ μας κρύβονται, μη χάσουν τους τόκους...! Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά χωρίς κανένα σεβασμό κ ειλικρίνεια απέναντι μας.
Really disappointing service! For more than 3 months we have been trying to talk to someone in charge to guide us and to proceed with a partial repayment of our loan and they are hiding from us, do not lose interest ...! Unprofessional behavior without any respect and honesty towards us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω δει χειρότερη τράπεζα στην εξυπηρέτηση! Δεν απαντάνε ποτέ ούτε στα τηλέφωνα, ούτε στα AITHMAΤΑ-mail που τους έχω στείλει! Ποτέ όμως!!!!!! Έναν χρόνο τώρα, κάνει ο καθένας ότι γουστάρει εκεί μέσα, δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι!
I have not seen a worse bank in service! They never answer either the phones or the AITHMATA e-mails I have sent them! But never!!!!!! For a year now, everyone has been doing what they like in there, civil servants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράδεκτοι! Απέριψαν εταιρική χρη ατοδότηση αυτοκινήτου κ δεν μου δδωσαν καμια αιτιολόγηση. Αυτη είναι λέει η πολιτική τους, λόγω προσωπικών δεδομένων(των δικό μου δεδομένων απο εμένα τα κρύβουν;!) Δεν ήξερα αν επρεπε να κλαψω ή να γελάσω. Τραγελαφικές καταστάσεις. Αππόριψη χωρις να μαθαίνεις τογιατι.
Admissible! They rejected corporate car financing and gave me no justification. This is their policy, he says, because of personal data (they hide my data from me ?!) I did not know if I should cry or laugh. Strange situations. Rejection without learning why.
