★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειμαι πελατης της τραπεζας 25+ χρονια, πριν καν ονομαστει Eurobank (πρωην Interbank). H εικονα της τραπεζας εχει καταντησει απογοητευτικη, προσπαθω να κλεισω ενα ραντεβου και δεν απαντανε στα τηλεφωνα εδω και τρεις βδομαδες, ουτε και στο email που εχω στειλει στα κεντρικα.
I have been a customer of the bank for 25+ years, before it was even named Eurobank (formerly Interbank). The image of the bank has become disappointing, I am trying to make an appointment and they have not answered the phones for three weeks, nor the email I have sent to the headquarters.

Έχω πάει εδώ και 8 μήνες στην τράπεζα με το συνέταιρο μου για να αλλάξουμε σε έναν υπάρχων εταιρικό λογαριασμό κάποια στοιχεία , και να μπορέσουμε πλέον να τον χρησιμοποιούμε !!! Μας είπαν σε 10 μέρες θα μας ειδοποιήσουν και έχουν περάσει μήνες !!! Καμία απάντηση ούτε σε email και ούτε στο τηλεφωνο!!!
They really do not exist !!!
I have been going to the bank for 8 months with my partner to change some details in an existing corporate account, and to be able to use it now !!! They told us in 10 days they will notify us and months have passed !!! No answer neither in email nor on the phone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υποτίθεται ότι για να εξυπηρετηθεις μέσα στη τράπεζα πρέπει να κλείσεις ραντεβού. Υποτίθεται ότι το ραντεβού το κλείνεις τηλεφωνικά… Και πώς μπορεί να γίνει αυτό όταν δε σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο ΠΟΤΕ;;;
Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση!!
It is supposed that in order to be served in the bank you have to make an appointment. You are supposed to make the appointment by phone… And how can this be done when they NEVER pick up the phone ???
Unacceptable service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Έκλεισα ραντεβού μετά από 3 εβδομάδες για την έκδοση κάρτας. Είχε χαλάσει το μηχάνημα από την Παρασκευή, δε με ειδοποίησε κανείς και η αγενέστατη υπάλληλος μου είπε τι να κάνουμε τώρα!!!
Unacceptable. I made an appointment after 3 weeks for the card issue. The machine had broken down since Friday, no one notified me and the most rude employee told me what to do now !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και οι 2 eurobank της Ηλιούπολης. Δεν μπορείς να εξυπηρετηθείς άδεια τα μηχανήματα και τα ταμεία και βάζουν έναν έναν πελάτη.. Ενώ μπορούν μέχρι 5!!Ενώ τους είπαμε ότι μπορούμε να κάνουμε 2 σειρές, 1 για τα ταμεία -μηχανήματα και μια για τα ραντεβού εκείνοι στον κόσμος τους.Ειναι απαράδεκτο εν έτη 2022 που θα έπρεπε να κάνουμε την ζωή μας πιο εύκολη Εμείς ξαναγυρίσαμε στις ουρές!
Both 2 eurobank of Ilioupoli are unacceptable. You can not serve the machines and the cash registers and they put one by one the customer .. While they can up to 5 !! While we told them that we can do 2 series, 1 for the cash registers and one for the appointments in their world. unacceptable in the years 2022 that we should make our lives easier We are back in the queues!
