G	Giannis Chatzinikolaou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσωπικά χειρότερο κατάστημα τραπέζης δεν έχω επισκεφτεί ποτέ. Τα ταμεία είναι εξαιρετικά αργά σαν να μαθαίνουν οι ταμίες το πρόγραμμα εκείνη τη στιγμή. Τις περισσότερες φορές έχει μόνο ένα ταμείο και αν ζητήσεις να ανοίξει και δεύτερο θα γνωρίσεις τη δυσαρέσκεια από την καθαρίστρια μέχρι την διευθύντρια. Τελειώνεις τη συναλλαγή και σου μένει πάντα μία απορία αν όλα πήγαν καλά ενώ εκεί που περιμένεις υπομονετικά τη σειρά σου μπορεί ο υπάλληλος να κλείσει το ταμείο για να κάνει εργασίες που καταλαβαίνεις πως μπορεί και πρέπει να τις κάνει μετά το κλείσιμο του καταστήματος (αλλά θέλει να τις κάνει εκείνη τη στιγμή για να τελειώνει και να φύγει προφανώς νωρίτερα) ή να επιστρέψει μετά από 5-10 λεπτά κρατώντας 3 κριτσινάκια από το υπόγειο. Το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό λειτουργεί με μία απίστευτη δημοσιοϋπαλληλική νοοτροπία και προσπαθεί πάντα να σε παραπέμψει σε κάποιον άλλον και το απίστευτο είναι ότι και ο άλλος προσπαθεί να σε παραπέμψει με τη σειρά του κάπου αλλού που μπορεί να είναι και αυτός που σε έστειλε σ' αυτόν. Πραγματικά και στην χειρότερη εφορία σε εξυπηρετούν απείρως καλύτερα. Σχετικά με το ΑΤΜ θα αναφέρω ότι πριν λίγο καιρό υπήρχαν 2 και τώρα μόνο 1. Πριν λίγο καιρό κάποιοι τα έκλεψαν και η ιδιοφυής ασφάλεια της τράπεζας έκρινε πως πρέπει να μείνει μόνο 1 και αυτό μόνο συγκεκριμένες ώρες. Για παράδειγμα αν θέλεις τα μεσάνυχτα να βγάλεις χρήματα πρέπει να πας σε άλλη περιοχή πχ Νεα Ιωνία. Ας είμαστε ξεκάθαροι. Τις τράπεζες τις κλέβουν εκατοντάδες χρόνια τώρα. Στις μέρες μας τα ΑΤΜ είναι όλα ασφαλισμένα σε ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες που ανήκουν στις ίδιες τις τράπεζες και η ζημιά που παθαίνουν είναι 0€. Αν φοβούνται τον ίσκιο τους μπορούν να κλείσουν όλα τα καταστήματα και να κρατήσουν μόνο ένα που θα το φυλάει ο στρατός με αντιεροπορικά συστήματα και μαχητικά F16 για να κοιμούνται ήσυχοι τα βράδια. Απλά να μας πούνε πού το πάνε για ν' αλλάξουμε τράπεζα. Υπάρχουν πολλές τριγύρω... Personally the worst bank store I've ever visited. In fact, even in the worst tax office, they serve you infinitely better. As for the ATM, I would say that not long ago there were 2 and now only 1. Some time ago some were stolen and the genius security of the bank decided that there should be only 1 and only certain hours. For example if you want to make money at midnight you have to go to another area eg Nea Ionia. Let's be clear. Banks have been stealing them for hundreds of years now. Nowadays ATMs are all insured by insurance companies owned by the banks themselves and the loss they incur is 0 €. If they are afraid of their shade, they can close all stores and keep only one guarded by the army with F16 and F16 fighters to sleep in the evenings. D	Dimitris Fountas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα έπρεπε να ντρέπεστε..περιμένει ο κόσμος έξω από το κατάστημα και χωρίς να υπάρχει άτομο μέσα δεν ανοίγεται τις πόρτες για να εξυπηρετηθεί ο κόσμος..200τμ μαγαζί και βάζετε ένα άτομο μεσα..η δε αντιμετώπιση των υπαλλήλων (ειδικά ο ταμίας)σας απλά απαράδεκτη..τον ρώτησα (τον ταμία)για πιο λόγο δεν ανοίγει τις πόρτες και άρχισε να φωνάζει λες και μιλάει στον φίλο του.Ντροπη.ουτε να μιλήσουν δεν μπορούν.. βέβαια αφού διαμαρτυρήθηκα μετά από λίγο μπήκαν 5 άτομα.κατά τα άλλα άμα αργήσουμε μια μέρα να πληρώσουμε κάτι βάζετε φόρο.. ντροπή σας και πάλι.. Το καλό είναι ότι σου λένε ποιο κατάστημα είναι καλύτερο και σε εξυπηρετεί χωρίς ραντεβού ΆΣΧΕΤΑ αν εσύ έχεις κλεισμένο σε αυτούς. ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΊ UNACCEPTABLE behavior of civil servants. Irony and denial of service even though you have an appointment. The good thing is that they tell you which store is better and it serves you without an appointment NO MATTER if you are closed to them. TRAGIC

I	Irene Chatzinasiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε 10 χρόνια η Alpha Bank μετατράπηκε από την καλύτερη στη χειρότερη τράπεζα της Ελλάδας και το μέλλον της είναι εξαιρετικά αβέβαιο. Αν έτσι είναι οι τράπεζες, τότε καλύτερα χωρίς τράπεζα. Υπάρχουν online τράπεζες όπως η Ν26 και η Revolut που είναι απείρως καλύτερες σε όλα. Bye bye Alpha Bank for ever! In 10 years Alpha Bank has transformed from the best to the worst bank in Greece and its future is extremely uncertain. If so the banks, then better without a bank. There are online banks like N26 and Revolut that are infinitely better at everything. Bye bye Alpha Bank for ever!
