Συγκεκριμένα τα προηγούμενα χρόνια μου έχουν ανακαινίσει τα κουφώματα του σπιτιού μου στη Χαλκίδα , όπως και τα κουφώματα ενός νεόδμητου σπιτιού στη περιοχή Μεσσαπίων. Στις 14 Δεκεμβρίου φέτος έπαθε ζημιά ένα ρολό υπνοδωματίου. Ειδοποιήθηκε η εταιρεία και μου είπαν το ποσόν της επισκευής και ότι θα επικοινωνούσαν. Πέρασαν τα Χριστούγεννα ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο, πέρασε η πρωτοχρονιά ξαναπήρα. Απάντηση: θα σας πάρουμε τηλέφωνο! Ξαναπήγε ο άντρας μου η ίδια απάντηση. Αποτέλεσμα για 20 μέρες δεν εμφανίστηκε κανείς. Απευθύνθηκα με αλλού και έγινε αμέσως η δουλειά μας. Σκεφτείτε να μην ήμουν πελάτης!
I was a client of this company. Specifically, in the past years, the frames of my house in Chalkida have been renovated, as well as the frames of a newly built house in the area of Messapia. On December 14 this year, a bedroom roll was damaged. The company was notified and they told me the amount of the repair and that they would contact. Christmas is over, I got on the phone again, the New Year is over, I got on again. Answer: we will call you! My husband gave the same answer again. Result for 20 days no one showed up. I turned to someone else and our job was done immediately. Think I was not a customer!
