Faultless service from Eva & Dimitreus. Car was brought to my hotel and picked up too even it was a Sunday so thank you so much.
Honest and super helpful with long list of info and recommendations about places to visit and food to eat.
Car was very clean and new.
Could not be better.

The car was in great condition and drove well. We were able to explore parts of Crete that we would not have otherwise seen - Alta Car Rentals provided us with great recommendations which meant we were able to make the most of our holiday.
We will definitely be back to Crete and will hire our car through Alta. Reliable, friendly and affordable. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented twice from Alta Cars and were very happy with them. Dimitris was very helpful and accommodating, even with last minute requests. The cars are almost new and we didn't have any issues. Both Dimitris, his wife and son were really nice, genuine people to talk and deal with, they also recommended us things to do in Chania and West Crete.
Don't hesitate to rent a car from them at all!

Also, we got a lot of tips of what to do around. And the cars they have are quite new and nice in comparison to other companies. The prices are fair. So, if you want to rent a car in Chania contact them :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair and honest partner for car rentals in Chania. Dimitris speaks perfect English, he is also very friendly and approachable person. I was able to make my reservation after having a conversation and agreeing on rental conditions in details in advance. Office location is perfect and it’s easily reachable by foot from the old town, nevertheless Dimitris asked me if he should bring the car to my hotel. The car was in a good shape and proved to be reliable on both highways and mountain roads. The return was simple and straightforward, I wish every car rental company would stick to such standards. Thank you again for making our vacation great!
