B. kann man die Mietwagen auch problemlos und ohne zusätzliche Kosten auch direkt an den Flughäfen Chania und Heraklion übernehmen. Das Personal spricht fließend englisch und deutsch. Wir mieten bei Frini in den letzten 10 Jahren jedes Jahr unser Auto - es gab nie Probleme. Die Fahrzeuge waren stets zuverlässig und technisch in einem einwandfreien Zustand. For example, you can take the rental car easily and without additional costs directly to the airports Chania and Heraklion. The staff speaks fluent English and German. Immer!! hat alles problemlos funktioniert auch meine Sonderwünsche wie sehr spezielle Abhol/Abgabeorte oder auch sehr spezielle Uhrzeiten. Selbst bei Pannen und/oder Unfällen immer sofortige Hilfe dank auch der sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse nie Verständigungsprobleme!! Immer wieder gerne und empfehle es auch meinen Freunden weiter!! Zwar etwas teurer als der "Fähnchenvermieter" um die Ecke dafür nie Probleme!! Super Rundumservice!! I have been renting my cars from Frini for my stays in Crete for two decades. Always!! everything worked without any problems, including my special requests such as very special pick-up / drop-off locations or very special times. Even in the event of breakdowns and / or accidents, always immediate help thanks to the very good knowledge of German, never communication problems! Always happy and recommend it to my friends! A little more expensive than the "flag rental" around the corner but never a problem! Super all-round service !!

We had the car delivered and collected from our villa and when we wanted to extend the rental for a couple more days, it was very easy to do. Would highly recommend

They didn't hassle about trying to adding on extras like they do at the big car rental places. Rental process was straight forward. Rental price was very cheap for a day rental, car was super clean. They're located at the end of the board walk so it was easy to find the place and return the car.
